I sadly disagree with you, although your statement was well put and well supported. I do respect your opinion but I highly doubt illnesses are caused by mixing races. You say mixing DNA will "garuntee" the child will end up with an illness. I must tell you that I am mixed, my mother is white and my father is black. I have never had a hospitalizing sickness. I have never even had influenza. I suffer from no mental disabilities and I happen to be a straight A student. I have a 93% grade average. You also say "scientists of the past often categorized whites and blacks as different species," but the key word in that statement is PAST. Scientists of the past also beleived that atom was indivisible, later to find out that it can be divided into protons, nuetrons and electrons. It was the division of atom molocules that lead to nueclear energy. So truth be told, science is updated for a reason. Scientists and doctors use blood from seperate races but of the same blood type to save peoples lives. They transplant organs from people of seperate races and the doctors conducting such procedures are just as often bi-racial. Clearly this bi-racial doctor does not have a "lower IQ, or learning disability." So I have to say that disadvantaged children exist in every race, just as often caucasion children as any other.
