For many people, the return of the Lord Jesus Christ will be the most joyous moment of their life....for many many others....the sight of the Lord Jesus Christ, descending upon the clouds of the heavens, will bring utter shame and sadness...Just keepin, it...REAL.

The idea of "insurance" particularly life insurance, dates back to the Babylonian and even ancient Roman empires. Back then they were called "death clubs" and existed to help surviving relatives with the final arrangement after somebody died. The common modern "life insurance" in the US started in 1759 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. oh wait, sorry Nurse Practitioner "reality" (no capital letters) intended to be all religious-a-fied about it. My dad, never mind. It just throws me off every time people like him aren't out on a street corner with a cardboard sign yelling at traffic that the end is near!
