They hate us for what we have done and for what we have. Plain and simple envy, that is all. While most of the world rots in their own fecal matter, we have sewer and water systems that work. For the most part are electric works, and for the right price, the best health care in the world. Also, we can feed are own people if we really wanted too, the rest of the world takes are handouts and turns around and either spits on us or $hits on us.

I would not call it envy, cause I am 100% glad I dont have your president, and dealing with all your social and economic probs. I like America, just hate your leader, which I think many people feel the same way too. Your country deserves so much better whether it be a different republican or a democratic.

considering that the United States is the greatest power, it is their position to help the weaker, but if you choose not to help, then thats okay.

South Africa was a modern, successful, industrial, tourist friendly, business center, success story that was safe in most parts. Now S.A. is in serious decline and has swirled down the toilet into a crime infested, disease rampant, corrupt, nearly bankrupt, hell hole.

The wealthiest countries are the OPEC cartel but they give the very least to foreign aid.

I would agree with you if we had someone better to fill the office. The Democrats sure as hell don't measure up. A very socialistic viewpoint is not what we need in Washington, D.C.

People's attitudes over the world toward the US is probably why people think we're arrogant. Our attitues is probably saying the American people are getting tired of "kissing ass." Most countries expect to tell us what to do and then treat us like "Crap."

Geko, The American people aren't ignorant. If we come across as being arrogant, it's probably because we're tired of other countries expecting us to kiss their ass. When they get in trouble, they call for us to bail them out. Afterwards they treat us like "crap." There is only a few countries that treat us as friends when they don't want something. Myself, I will be glad when our leaders stop trying to have us to be big brother to the rest of the world.
