Evidence is not important to Judge Becker. It doesn't matter to her if a father abuses his child. Her decisions are based only on emotion and she hates women. In her courtroom, fathers always get custody. Mothers don't have a chance. She never considers the facts or the law. If you don't have a court reporter to take down everything in a trial, you can't dispute her reason for giving custody to an abusive father.

My nephew was just sentenced by this judge, and i am having a very difficult time understanding why someone hasn't stopped this women from the disstuction and dis honer she has brought to the court of law. Her racisium is so transparent. To sentence someone to 45years on just the word of one individual, without any evidence or proof of even being at a crime, much less involved in one is ludicris to me. Someone please help us

45 years? What was he convicted of?

Judge Becker is very unfair. Everyone should review the Lona Scott case. Lona Scott is a white woman who shot and killed her husband why he was completely naked. She was acquitted by Becker. When does anyone get acquitted by killing an UNARMED person that was COMPLETELY NAKED. Only a white woman. Another white man killed his dog and received one year probation by Judge Becker. Now how much time did Michael Vick receive? In another case an older white man was charged with two counts of felony assault. She turned those two counts of assault into misdemeanors. Told him to pay for his mom broken window shield and stay away from the victims. And he was free to go. I watched a case where this black man was charged with assault after he stabbed a man for assauting him. He was hit in the back of the head, received six stitches and needed face recontruction. So after that he stabbed the man and received four years in prison for self defense. In 2012, color still matters. In another case a black woman caught her boyfriend cheating on her and scratched his truck. She received five years probation. If I caught my my boyfriend and another woman together I would be mad too. But remind you, she got five years probation but the white man who killed his dog only received one year of probation.

My brother received life plus five for killing a man who was molesting my niece for eight years. This is his first time offense. I don't condone murder but I have seen to many cases where white men and women kill their childs rapist and receive five years or less or get to go home. He was charged with felony murder, malice murder, possession of a firearm, and one other charge. She didn't allow the jury to know that my brother committed murder because my niece was molested for eight years. It traumatized my niece where I think shes kind of insane now. It was my sister's boyfriend who did it. Judge Becker told the jury that sometimes people kill for no reason, when in fact he killed because of my niece being molested. She also didn't give the jury a chance to charge him with manslaughter. I'm not asking for my brother to just walk away a free man but I do think life plus five is a lot when he has never been in legal trouble before. The GA Supreme court has reversed my brother's case but the DA is trying to charge him with malice murder again instead of manslaughter. I was wondering why she denied all men the right to a fair trial. She gave women the benefit of the doubt and an alternative to incarceration where as all unemployed men who owed child suuport went to jail. But that's not all, she allowed the women to perjured their testimony and didn't want to hear anything from a man except show me the money while women went away without paying. SHE DENYS MEN THE RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL, WHICH IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL I WITNESSED IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND IN THE GAR BAR NEWS THE REPORTER QUOTES HER WORD SHOWING UNFAIR TRIALS FOR MEN. She needs to step down. I thought her war against men was due to alternative living, which I still think shw is, but divorce, takes it to the next level. She violates her oath of office on a continuous basis causing DISPARATE IMPACT AND GENDER BIAS due to her own damaged emotions, which has no place for her on the bench. Judges are supposed to be impartial and not biased against anyone except based upon procedure and evidence. SHE FIGHTS FOR WOMEN AND SEND POOR MEN TO JAIL EVEN IN A RECESSION, WHILE WOMEN IN THE SAME CONDITION GOES FREE. EVERY CASE MEN HAVE HAD IN HER COURT FOR CIVIL MATTERS ENDED WITH A JAIL SENTENCE. How can you pay child support without a job in jail. The supreme court already ruled on this and she ignores it on a continuous basis. JUDICIAL BIAS IS UNETHICAL AND NOT NEEDED IN A SYSTEM OF JUSTICE, BECAUSE IF DESTROY INNOCENT LIVES. SHE HATES MEN, there is NO PLACE FOR HER PREJUDICE AND EMOTIONAL DISTURBANCE IN THE COURTS and the GA Bar should investigate each one of her cases as evidence of her unethical practices and JUDICIAL ABUSAE.

Hi Metris. Your niece is a long time friend of mine and unfortunately I was there the day her daughter was taken from her. No court reporter was present. How is that legal? The lawyer your niece had was an unethical joke. She did not talk to any of your nieces' witnesses and didn't say a word about a court reporter not being present! She barely talked to your niece before trial although your niece was constantly calling for information and follow ups to no avail. The lawyer basically was a doe in the headlights the entire time. She took your nieces money finalized paperwork and ran. I wish she had revealed that her intentions were to finalize paperwork only. Instead she claimed that she would fight for your niece and her daughter. Only one person was allowed to testify and the judge did not let her finish her testimony nor did her lawyer object. Sad day, sad state of our "justice" system. Since then not only has he been verbally abusive but it has escalated to physical abuse. No one, and I mean no one wants to report the incidents. They're just teaching your niece's daughter how to "cope" with her father. A nine year old should not have to cope with an abusive parent. Take heed, the devil is a liar! And those who align themselves with evil will be punished accordingly by Jehovah.
