What REALLY happened to American Airlines flight 77?? Did it REALLY go into the Pentagon?? Considering that no photos, or videos, have shown American Airlines flight 77 swooping down onto the Pentagon since the September 11, 2001 attacks, it's OBVIOUS what REALLY happened to that aircraft: Once it became clear that islamic extremists were taking over multiple civilian flights, because of what had just happened at the world trade center, a certain number of people in government knew that any other hijacked aircraft HAD to be stopped......at any cost. Meaning?? Meaning that they knew that America was in the process of suffering a humiliating breach of it's aviation and national security systems. And they also knew that, one way, or the other, all of the people on any other hijacked airplanes were going to die anyway. Now they had to decide how, when, and where. They couldn't let the terrorist decide because that would mean thousands more dead on the ground, and millions, if not billions, of dollars in damage to targeted structures. So what happened next??! What happened is that fighter jets zoomed up alongside of flights 77 and 93. Can you even begin to imagine the shock and the frustration on the faces of Ziad Jarrah and Hani Hanjour when they saw those fighter jets shadowing them??!! The fighter jet pilots tried to plead with the terrorists to abort their insane missions and land the planes!! But they knew they were pleading....in vain. Win, or lose, against the fighter jet 'infidels', they could NEVER abort. That day was their day to go to paradise and to be welcomed by Allah and Mohammed, and to spend the remainder of eternity in paradise for their bold deeds against the Jews and the Americans!! Surely, the terrorists thought to themselves, the fighter jet 'infidels' would NEVER shoot down their commandeered planes because of all of the innocent passengers aboard!! Sounds good, huh?? But the fighter jet pilots already knew that none of those planes were going to land anyway. Imagine the awful, agonizing, painful decision to choose 'the lesser of two evils' in order to stop a small group of cowardly extremists from succeeding in their mission. But, as awful as it seems, it makes perfect sense to believe that flights 77 and 93 didn't make it to their targets because they were intercepted....and shot down to stop Hani Hanjour and Ziad Jarrah.
