What Church do you attend? Why do you attend it? How long has your religion been around? And when was the real Church Jesus built created? These are some of the very important questions we must ask ourselves in search of the real Church of Christ. Are you willing to accept, not tradition, but Truth as it is written in the scriptures?

It does matter which Church you belong. There are only two that can be correct Christian church.

Catholic or LDS, all others are apostate churches.

I would not say so. Not if you look at how the christian churches fight amongst each other. Maybe the same bible, but each just reads what they want to hear ...

Yes, very good, this is the begining of Christ's church. about 400 years BEFORE the Catholic church started.

The universal or catholic church.
The sole Church of Christ is that which our Savior, after his Resurrection, entrusted to Peter's pastoral care, commissioning him and the other apostles to extend and rule it.... This Church, constituted and organized as a society in the present world, subsists in the Catholic Church, which is governed by the successor of Peter and by the bishops in communion with him.

Christ bestowed unity on his Church from the beginning. This unity, we believe, subsists in the Catholic Church as something she can never lose, and we hope that it will continue to increase until the end of time.

Christ always gives his Church the gift of unity, but the Church must always pray and work to maintain, reinforce, and perfect the unity that Christ wills for her.
This is why Jesus himself prayed at the hour of his Passion, and does not cease praying to his Father, for the unity of his disciples:
"That they may all be one. As you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be one in us,... so that the world may know that you have sent me."
(Jn 17:21; Heb 7:25)

The desire to recover the unity of all Christians is a gift of Christ and a call of the Holy Spirit.

The Church knows that she is joined in many ways to the baptized who are honored by the name of Christian, but do not profess the Catholic faith in its entirety or have not preserved unity or communion under the successor of Peter.

Those who believe in Christ and have been properly baptized are put in a certain, although imperfect, communion with the Catholic Church.

With the Orthodox Churches, this communion is so profound that it lacks little to attain the fullness that would permit a common celebration of the Lord's Eucharist.

Matthew 21v13..And said unto(Jesus said).. It is written. My House shall be called The House of Prayer, but ye have made it a DEN Of THIEVES.

I am Catholic. I attend the Catholic Church because of my faith. I was baptized in water, with the Holy Spirit. The Church "began" when Jesus took the Right hand of God. From then the Holy Spirit decended upon His diciples, the twelve apsotles, to proclaim the Word of God to all nations.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Gemini

You'll need every ounce of patience today because even the best-laid plans could go up in smoke under the Full Moon lunar eclipse. It seems that certain people are doing their best to throw spanners in the works, and the more annoyed you become the more they'll goad you still further. If there's dissent in the ranks about how to spend New Year's Eve, you may decide to go your own sweet way and prove that you're an individual in your own right. But try not to let any bad feelings mar the celebrations. Have a fantastic night!
