??? WTF, man?

I cannot parse what you just wrote into a meaningful sentence.

What with poor grammar, no punctuation or commas and homonym confusion...

... seriously. Care to try again? I really have no clue what you just tried to say, here.

Which one do you worship? Or, which was the God of your ancestors?
I worship none. My ancestors were catholic Haitian slaves who worshiped both the Christian God and African voodoo gods and goddesses.

He said that it's good that you don't believe what he does, because you're not supposed to, that he said "*I* believe for a reason."

In other words? His giant ego has fabricated a god just for him.

Amusing.

Only through **fear** can your ugly hell-making god get more followers.

That's pretty lame, even for the likes of you.

How do you know this when no god has been shown to exist??

Why would anyone want to live or be what ever through eternity. I'm old an tired ready for the bone yard. Even if you did hang around forever then you must be smart enough to know some day the sun will burn out. I hope they have night vision goggles wherever you go for the rest of eternity.

Yes... it makes absolutely no sense at all.

And harp music-- who willingly listens to that drek?

And imagine harps as played by amateurs-- forever--... aaaagggh! Horrible!

No-- the entire thing is ludicrous.

Hey! I like harp music. Well, when it is played well, anyway. And why do you think that they would remain amateurs forever? Eventually, even the most ham-fisted lout will finally learn how to play.

But. There is **no** learning in "heaven".

Learning would require free will.

And we **know** there cannot be any free will-- else, sooner or later, someone would exercise free will and ***KA-BOOM** the whole thing comes crashing down....

... so, no-- definitely no learning to play the harp in heaven.

----------

<grin>

In truth, a well-talented harp player, who's playing music specifically composed for the harp, can be amazing to listen to.

I really do enjoy all sorts of music, if played well, by talented and well-rehearsed musicians.

I've even been known to willing listen-- encores included-- to .....

.... bagpipe music. No, really-- a talented bagpipe band can be hauntingly beautiful, in it's way.

----------

That being said? After roughly 100 years of the same, badly-played crap?

Even the most jaded and musical-illiterate ear would cry "Enough, already!"

But no--- according to Heaven's Brochure? This drek will be playing...

... horribly, badly, without improvement...

.... forever....

...!!!

Pass.

I'll take "Hell"... where all the Jazz musicians are, anyway.

Where is there proof? There is no magic in our world. No scientific evidence of a god. So what you don't think there were fictitious writers who just messed around? People still lied back then. Believe what you want but I think it is stupid. After death I do not know what happens. I do not believe. I am not a atheist, I move more towards needing proof.

You just described a conundrum: being an atheist *is* needing proof and is **not** belief.

You *are* an atheist, if you do not believe and you require proof.

The question often comes up about being for eternity in Heaven or Hell. Think about it. Under the best of conditions would you really want to live anywhere for eternity? As an analogy, You haven't seen a favorite relative in years then they come to visit. After a week you can't wait for them to go home. Well consider if they stayed for eternity. The sun will not shine for eternity then the earth will turn into a ball of ice.

Okay? there is no proof of unicorns or flying humans or magic, but that does not mean they exist. things that are proven obviously exist. I don't believe in god because the idea of a god is illogical, proof isn't required for me to not believe because it simply defies logic.
