Most people thought it out real good before they had this procedure done, by a professional who has premeditated a murder.

Considering that over one in four fertilized eggs are rejected or die or the fetus is miscarried, etc, this makes God the number 1 killer of potential children. Go charge her.

I absolutely agree, they know that they were going to kill their baby, they knew it was being killed during the procedure and they knew after wards what they had done. It was very planned out. Some regret it but many do not. Some suffer terrible guilt but the ones who don't IMO have no compassion for any life. They threw it away like a dirty tissue. Very sad.

Much like a woman throws away a used tampon. Without guilt.

Technically there are unpremeditated abortions as well like when a guy punches a woman in the stomach

That is false by definition. Murder is Unlawful killing. As long as abortion is legal, it cannot be murder.

Abortion not only is premeditated by mothers and doctors, but also premeditated by congress who legalized abortion in the first place.

Doctors who do mass murders could also be defined as serial killers!

Now I would consider that just plain murder second degree

I think I would too. Maybe even first degree. I don't really know my degrees that well

So does this mean when masters killed their slaves for no good reason a few hundred years ago it wasn't murder?

You say it's unlawful, but whose law are you referring to?

In My Opinion,No. He created that life so he is the only one to decide when to take that life back. God has taken two of my children home to heaven and I have never not once considered it murder.

Ever seen video of an unborn baby trying to escape a drill as he struggles for his life, his hands and body starts to jerk around looking for an escape exit.

Imagine if a killer came to your house and grab your toddler applying a sharp object on his neck to kill him, and you knew in your mind that your toddler will die if you just stand there to watch his blood gush out of his arteries on your carpet as the perpetrator slices his throat...

Pretty much the same tragic psychological impact when a doctor performs an act of premeditated murder, there's plenty of blood gushing out.

Since God makes the laws it wouldn't be unlawful, so no.

When someone wins a million dollars does that make God a philanthropist?

When someone is miraculously cured does that make God a doctor?

When the Boston College kicker kicks the winning field goal against BYU does that make God an anti-Mormon Catholic?

We could do this all day

“What?”

The death penalty is premeditated murder.......even if you agree with this statements the real question is....Why don't you argue so vehimintly against the death penalty?

I would also add that when an insurance company refuses to pay for lfe saving treatment that is also premeditated murder.

I think Mike Huckabee explained pretty well when he was asked that same question on CNN/Youtube......I agree with him

An unborn baby was never given a chance to explain him/herself by a due process of law, whereas a killer had his day in court and was convicted by a jury system composed of men and women protecting society against this vicious criminals....

you sound like an overgrown fetus with that question, you know that !
