Rolling Out Sarah Palin's Side of the Story

Full story: New York Times

The McCain campaign dissed Sarah Palin , muffled her, and then stuck her with a $50,000 legal bill - that, at least, is the version of events she tells in her new book, due to be released next week.

Declaring "Open Game" Season on the Palin children in the 2008 election will backfire on the Democrats in the not-so-distant future. Liberals exposed themselves for the mean-spirited mob they are. Time will change perceptions and heal all wounds. Palin was treated like a doormat out of fear because liberals hated George Bush, she was a conservative female, and people were jealous.

After time has passed and people are able to see the Iraq War for the good decision in the Middle East it was, outlooks about Bush, Palin, and other conservatives will change. Republicans expended a lot of political capital to secure America's long-term future in the region and in the short-run it cost them the White House. This will change as Obama's reckless spending, shoddy foreign policy, and Socialist agenda alienates His supporters. Palin has more integrity in her pinky finger than Obama and Biden have in their entire Administration. If not apparent now, it will be obvious to most in the near future.

Both parties are guilty of name calling, and dirty tricks. Neither party is above the other in that respect. As for Iraq, that was based on lies, and greed. The ones who have prospered are the contractors such as Haliburton. Had GW Bush really believed what he told us, we would have gone into N. Korea. North Korea was then, and is now a much bigger threat than Iraq. Funny how so many people forget it was America under Regan who helped Saddam get WMD's. I think history will show the invasion of Iraq was a huge mistake.

Wow ... You are such a pile of colossal ignorance, I don't know where to begin.
N Korea is mainly a threat to itself ... possibly S Korea ...
Kim Jong Il is inept and can't be trusted to honor the most simple of agreements. Impossible to negotiate with someone like that. He cries and kicks his feet when nobody is paying him any attention ... and his pathetic attempts to saber rattle are only meant to get help to keep his countrymen from starving to death. The differnce between N Korea (where socialism and spreading the wealth merely means equal poverty for all) and S Korea,(where capitalism has provided a good standard of living) is striking. The average N Korean is 5" shorter and 30 pounds lighter than a S Korean... and the disparity is increasing.

The american liberals who attack capitalism want us to be more like N Korea.

Don't know what post you read, but I didn't say anything about Capitalism being a bad thing. As for N. Korea being a threat, what makes them a threat is how they will sell nuclear weapons to terrorist groups who would use them on us. I said nothing about signing any agreements with N. Korea, so I have no clue what the hell you are talking about on that front. As for liberals and conservatives, both sides want everything their way only. Most of us in America are willing to be reasonable, and down the middle. Those of you on the far ends are just nuts, get over yourselves.
