I have seen this topic brought up on a couple of other sites, so I know it has crossed other peoples' minds. What sort of birth control do you think they have in the "Harry Potter" universe? Whatever it is, the Weasley family clearly doesn't believe in it!
Consider that Harry wears glasses - a basic Muggle device - instead of getting his vision fixed with a spell or something (as Hermione has her teeth changed in "Goblet of Fire"). Because of this, I think they probably at least have condoms, use the withdrawal method, and maybe natural family planning.
