Boy friend, you said it! Isn't it too bad that we can't have discussion anymore without ridicule?? I know what you go through isn't easy and I hope you are ok. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I believe that when it's our time it will be peaceful for all of us. It will be like changing clothes, from one dimension into the next. yesterday's tragedy in Minnesota should make everyone take a good look at themselves and make them change their ways around here. But, it won't. Some people only have "their views" and when someone 's beliefs conflict with theirs, all hell breaks loose, and people turn into idiots. Then sometimes they "pull us in" and we sometimes turn into idiots ourselves, even if only for a moment. I have apologised to a couple I got heated with, but there is a few around that no matter how you "try" they will NEVER meet you half way, and it doesn't matter the subject. You can spot em a mile a way, on every thread, picking fights and trying to stir up the pot. Seems they especially like the sensitive subjects like religion and such too. What a shame that something like topix, which can be a wonderful tool, can make people like that. I have met many friends around here and have high hopes that we can all continue friendships. Thanks for your concern Denie. I live in MN but not the Twin Cities area. I have alot of relatives there though and all are safe thank God. But my heart goes out to those families that weren't as fortunate.

I don't believe in any sort of after life activities---and hope I'm right!! How are you supposed to "REST IN PEACE" when your constantly running into dead friends, relatives, and other bored 'chatty' souls?? I'm not exactly looking forward to dying at the moment-gotta lot of stuff I need to stick around for, but when I do, I'm looking forward to fading away--no cell phones, no door bells, no rush hour, no pesky neighbors needing sugar, just let me rot in peace with no disturbances.....lol..I just look at the worms as 'deep tissue' exfoliators....;)

Sorry about your baby, honey. Get him some aloe vera. There is a company that makes a product (OTC) that is called "Ocean Potion" ( The company)
The product is called
"Burn Relief ICE"

It has aloe, Lidocaine (numbing agent) & Tea tree extract......it will help greatly, on your son's burns.
3rd degree is quite serious... Just remember to NEVER use any OIL BASED creams lotions.......Oil coats the skin & will keep the heat in.

Other than that, time, and if he seems sluggish or unusually warm (other than the burn) & dehydrated take him to the hospital.

Hoping you & your son can get some rest & peace tonight.

I have some "Banana Boat Aloe After Sun Gel" and I bought "Hawiian Tropic Cool Aloe I.C.E"
It had Lidocain and Vitamin A&E. It seems to be working. And I gave him a cool bath and he was in the sprinkler so he's better. But he was SO miserable last night.
But I told chris if Jackson is still up tonight, your going to stay up with him! It's all his fault! Lol!
And I did call his doctor and he doubyts it 3rd degree. If it was he'd have puss coming out of his burns. But he definetly doesn't look as red as he was. So that good. And I just checked, his temp is normal.
