It is not to hedlp the people, but to give the government more control.
They want top be able to pull our strings, control our lives, our medical care and when and how we live and DIE!

Liger: I have read the bill too, and it is a total farce. More red tape, a new czar, more invasiveness by an already incompetent government, more expense and less return for the buck.
