It makes a lot of sense. A black person with out melanin is an albino.
They have white skin and blonde hair but, they don't look like a white person.
All the other features are as if they were black - tight curls, flat noses, thick lips and same IQ.
The only exception is that albinos have a much shorter life expectancy than normal blacks because their black brothers hunt them down, kill them and cook up the body parts into medicine (known as "muti" in the lingo) which is supposed to do all sorts of wonderful things like making them bullet proof when committing crimes.
I suppose, when you look at it objectively, it's not very different to believing in a 6000 year old earth, Noah's ark or a three day old corpse rejoining the social scene.
