Beside the name on my post, this is another preposterous statement---Michael Waltrip: "What these drivers are displaying is an incredible amount of athleticism".

HUH?....HAHAHAHAAAAAAA! Sure....and "pro" bowlers are world-class athletes too.

Post some more preposterous statements here and keep the laughs going.

I've never done it, but I believe what he was referring to was the amount of work and stamina it takes to drive a (racecar) under those conditions, for that period of time. It takes a lot of physical effort and endurance, high temperatures vibration noise and a hundred things to keep track of in your head as things change, not to mention the attention required to the other race cars around you and very fast reflexes for when something happens. I'm not a big NASCAR fan or anything but I know that athletically speaking there is no way I could do it and I doubt you could either! I'm just saying.

Speak for yourself.
Athletically speaking, they(the drivers) are strapped down in chairs which are bolted down inside cars, no acrobatic moves are going on in there and the cars do most of the work. Let's not go Darryl Waltrip on this and say something preposterous.....

Gingrich spokesman Rick Tyler, sharing his thoughts about a certain week of Gingrich media coverage:

"The literati sent out their minions to do their bidding. Washington cannot tolerate threats from outsiders who might disrupt their comfortable world. The firefight started when the cowardly sensed weakness. They fired timidly at first, then the sheep not wanting to be dropped from the establishment's cocktail party invite list unloaded their entire clip, firing without taking aim their distortions and falsehoods. Now they are left exposed by their bylines and handles. But surely they had killed him off. This is the way it always worked. A lesser person could not have survived the first few minutes of the onslaught. But out of the billowing smoke and dust of tweets and trivia emerged Gingrich, once again ready to lead those who won't be intimated by the political elite and are ready to take on the challenges America faces."

Hears something really preposterous: Global climate change (GCC) is not real! Gosh can you imagine something so preposterous, especially the people who still call it "global warming" even though the world scientific community change the term to GCC over a decade ago because that's a more accurate description of what's happening.

Hey andet. Happy New Year!

You're right about the pyramid builders.
At that time in Egypt the Jews were undocumented Alien workers.
