I had been woodworking in my garage this evening. When I was finished, I was rather dusty. My wife and one child (M/18) were both sleeping. It was about 9:15pm when I got the urge to get naked (I love getting naked) and dive into the snow. This was done in my backyard. It was very exotic. Then it was off to a hot shower.

Lucky, if I dived out the back door into the yard, all I would do is push rocks and dirt with my nose. There isn't any snow. When I go to Colorado to visit the C.O. hot springs, that's what I like to do--jump out of the hot water into a pool of cold water. It gets your blood going. They have some nice hot springs around Ouray and Ridgeway, Co., and over in the San Louis Valley in Co.

Bill, if you like to tumble in the snow bare-arsed, you should take vacation and go to Valley View Hot Springs in the San Louis Valley. It is 50 miles north of Alamosa, Co., and 5 mi south of Villa Grove. Or over at Ridgeway, Co., at Orvis Hot Springs. You can pull both of these up on the "net" to look them over.

Does skinny dipping at the beach count? I've done that!

Yes it does count. If you liked nude swimming at the beach, you would love going to a hot springs resort. There is a lot more security for ladies at a resort. They can relax and enjoy being nude without having to put up with perverts trying to poach them. Perverts aren't tolerated at family oriented optional nude resorts. You might consider it.

resort. There is a much more secure enviroment for ladies at a resort than at a nude beach. The ones that doesn't tolerate Perverts is the family oriented C.O. resorts. People are a lot more courteous and considerate also.

Well I guess it would depend on how cold it was.

BJB, I'm not brave enough to run the mountain passes in the winter time, nor to brave the snow.
I'm afraid I might come up with frostbite somewhere I don't want it at. I'm a summer time guy.

Does going ice fishing and crashing through to knee deep water count? Coldest walk home I have ever had - 1 mile with ice covered shins.

I am also a summer time gal. I don't like the cold very much. Would much rather be in really hot temperatures.
You would enjoy the hot springs then. Summer or winter, they are the most. I love going to the family oriented C.O hot springs resort. I don't know what part of KS you're in but the hot springs
I go to is only about 8 to 10 hours from Ulysses, KS. One of the springs is in the San Louis Valley about 5 mi south of Villa Grove, Co., and the other is over at Ridgeway, Co. You should catch a three day weekend this coming summer and come over and try it. When we go up for a three day weekend, we get a motel room and kick back to enjoy the hot springs.

That definately should count for something. After getting wet, it was probably warmer to walk home bare-arsed than to wear the wet clothes.

The only thought was to get home and take a very hot bath. I was super in a building once. On January first the pipes burst(-15 will do that). The cutoff was on the far wall in the basement from the stairs. I had to wade through water halfway to my knees and and then back to shut off the water. By the time I got to the stairs my feet were telling me good bye.
That was actually colder than the quick immersion to the knees and then walk home. I can handle cold better than heat. Cold triggers my survival instincts, heat makes me drowsy.

No I'm not. I discovered what a nice place they are to pass the time and wanted to let other people know about them. Wouldn't be right to try hog them all to myself. Besides I have made some nice friends at the different hot springs. wouldn't have had them for a friend if I hadn't started going to the springs and found out what nice people go there. Also, I love to be around other people that think along similar line as I do.

Scottish Girl, you and your hubby are welcome to join us. There are lots of resorts to enjoy being nude (naked) at. You don't have to wait for snow to fall to enjoy being nude. You are also welcome to join in on the other thread (Have You Ever Taken Part in Public Nudity). It's just a bunch of us that has done it at one time or another, and some that still participate in it, chatting. You are welcome to join in.
