Never got one of those. Wife got pregnant on the wedding night and she was puking the whole 9 months till the kid popped out. Then it was shitty diapers and baby puke for the next six years. Actually, popped out is not the best term to describe our first birth. She was in labor for about 14 hours and then they decided to cut her open. Trouble is, the Red Sox game was on and I kept missing it due to the doctors trying to talk to me. I kept telling them that I was not pregnant and had no medical knowledge of childbirth and, therefore, did not need to be in the delivery room. Bunch of bastards would not let me watch the game and when it was time for the C-section, they kicked me out of the room anyway. This was long before TIVO so I was kinda pissed.
LOL. I know a guy who left his wife in labor at the hospital and came home to watch the last episode of "The Fugitive"

I was just kidding about my experience. Truth is I was there for all 3 deliveries. When my daughter was born, the head popped out before the doctor was in the room. The nurse freaked and asked "What do we do?" I said, "Hell I don't know, maybe you should go get the doctor!" So I held her in until the doctor came and then he pulled her out and the placenta splattered on the floor.

Man I love to travel by highway. I got back from my Asia trip Thursday night and flew into Vegas because I was too cheap to fess up the $500 to fly back to San Antonio, so I drove the 18 hours back to Texas and loved every minute of it. If you drive down Hwy 93 in Arizona at 0400, I swear you can see a couple billion stars. It was really beautiful. Made it all the way through Phoenix, Tucson, and El Paso with no traffic at all. Great drive.

The kid in question was their youngest of 3 and it was waaaaaaaaay before VCR's or anything of that nature. It was actually the woman's idea for him to leave, so that he could tell her what happened. True story. They live down the road from me and I've known them all my life. When they told me, I couldn't believe it. I still think it's funny.

I remember the days when men were discouraged from entering the delivery room. They paced and smoked in the waiting room. Now you are considered a cold-hearted bastard if you don't shove ice chips down your wife's gullet for six hours during the delivery. I liked the old way better.

Been to Schlitterbahn many time. Six Flags is great too. Don't know why more people aren't moving here. Great area, lots of jobs, cheap housing, and it's Texas.

Curtis, if you are as involved in aviation as you claim to be... We know each other. Does the company name Castleberry ring a bell with you?

Not really. Doubt you know me. I try never to get to know anyone because most people suck and the ones who don't deserve better than me.

Not sure how anyone can hack into my account. Time Warner must have some kind of firewall? Either way, I have never been too paranoid about it. Life is too short to worry about the liberals getting a backbone. A jellyfish really has no spine and probably will never develop one.
