What would the Christian faith people switch to?
All those years of false hope would be devastating.

They would create their own religion. Just like the false one they are already practicing. One filled with judgement and ridicule. Hate and intolerance. Rich over poor. So on and so forth. There would be NO difference. They already worship an idolatry god.

This is my opinion of course. And I am speaking primarily of fundamental christianity.

Someone, somewhere and sometime will always be trying to pull Christianity down. The answer as all true believers know is FAITH !

The current one is based on lies. Christians have insulated themselves from the truth, and they would simply refuse to accept anything like that. Just doubting the existence of God is a terrible sin, as is debating with non-believers. So that pretty much shuts off any dialog.

It depends on what was presented as "proof" and what aspect of Christianity were proven to the false. Many people see what they already believe, so any proof would be discounted. This is not specific to religion; people still hold on to political leaders, economic systems, medical practices, personal habits and opinions long after they have been disproven.

Listen, if you're not here to state an opinion on the content matter, why else do you come.
Every thread that I've posted on, you just attack me personally and never talk about the topic at hand.

I suppose that's how they do things in Fort Wayne Indiana. Particularly on Annette Ave.

Funny, you seem to think there is a Satan but no Christ. BTW, Jesus is respected in Islam as a prophet and they too believe he ascended into heaven and will come again in judgment, so if this find were real, Islam would be weakened as well.

wow, you really don't like religion? If you don't know God just ignore him, but you are in every religious forum putting it down. You are looking for it more than a Christian. Are you trying to fool yourself? Just an observation.
Please look, its James Cameron, Its close to Easter (Lent, religious time for Catholics). This is a big publicity scam. Just like when they found Noah Ark.
It was a novel! Its a tomb with one of the most common names in that era, in a different city than where Jesus was from. I am still going to watch it, looks interesting.

This is not devastating. This is great. I gives us more faith than ever. It is so sad but funny how "non believers" sicne the beginning of time have tried to disprove what they don't believe in. This is a call for every God loving, Bible believing Child of God to pray, pray, pray. Satan is getting desperate. This makes how many times now?

And when Christ does return to earth, you who keep saying he doesn't exsist will be the ones who are the ones who will feel the pain.
The day you die and stand before God for judgement, you'll be the ones trembling.
You think your bigger than God?

....

I find this type of anti-Christianity logic hysterically amusing. Talk about intolerance! As usual, the people "preaching" tolerance are the most intolerant of anything they don't accept.

Christianity is not needed to admire Jesus. When religions are formed they tend to follow the dictates of certain groups or sects within the followers of great religious figures. These followers control what is written, what rituals are used and what rules are to be followed. The day the teachings of Christ became institutionalized is the day He really died.

I have heard that many prefer the religion to the original source. To be with a Master is to be far too close to the flame. Worshiping through intermediaries, priests, scriptures etc., is the easy way to go. You can argue with a theologian but you cannot argue with the Master. He is not a philosopher teaching theories, He is the truth incarnate. He must be absorbed not studied.

Sweetie this has nothing to do with God.
I personally don't feel christianity has anything to do with God.
But I'm sure you'd find fault in that was well. So just post your opinions and move on.

Ok, all you Christians that are saying "science is a test of faith" need to knock it off. You're making all Christians look stupid, you're making people hate us, and you're throwing away the best gift God ever gave us:

YOUR BRAIN.

Do as you wish, but hell doesn't exist. It was created to put fear in puppets like you.
Besides, name one thing about that comment you responsed to, that would cause a human like you to think I should burn in your man made hell?
