Charge House Republicans with Sedition
To: Attorney general Eric Holder, Department of Justice
Sedition is a conspiracy to disrupt or destroy the normal functioning of the government. some time ago 80 Republican representatives signed a pledge to shut down the US government. This was unquestionably an act of Sedition. Millions of American Citizens, and active Troops overseas and at home are already suffering, and many may die because of this action. The action of these men and women has absolutely given aid and comfort to our enemies. We ask that you hold them accountable to the full extent of the law, and arrest them for treason and Sedition.
Why is this important?
The House Republican Tea Party Caucus is a seditionist group intent on overthrowing the legitimate Government and subverting the Constitution. They have publicly stated this on many occasions, and recently enacted a long planned act of insurrection by completely destroying the function of the government with a purely political shut-down. It is time that we stop pussyfooting around, and call this group what it is, a Terrorist Organization, and arrest and charge them accordingly.

You are mistaken in the conclusion of your observations.
Obama and Holder and Reid are responsible for trying to inflict as much pain as possible on The American people for not towing the party line and blindly following "Our Dear Leader's" wishes.
The patriotic people have spoken out loudly and the tyrant Obama better listen.
When in the Course of human events,

That's the Declaration of Independence.
It has no force of law. None. Zero. Zip. Nada.
The US Constitution is the relevant legal document, especially Article I, Section 8:
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
and Amendment XIV
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.
Certain members of the Republican Party have publicly announced their intent to disrupt the functioning of the US Government, beginning in September 2010 and possibly earlier; they have further conspired to deliberately deny the validity of the US public debt in collusion with the persons publicly known as the Koch Brothers, as well as others.

The Declaration of Independence has everything needed to overthrow an oppressive regime tyrannizing the citizens.
Obama is the illegal tyrant oppressing the patriotic citizens of America.

Apparently the president thinks he can furlough reality when talking about the debt limit.
To suggest that raising the debt limit doesnt incur more debt is laughably absurd. The very reason why you raise the debt limit is so that you can incur more debt.
Otherwise whats the point?
Its also shameful to see him scaremongering the markets with his talk of default.
There is no way we can default if we follow the Constitution. The Fourteenth Amendment, Section 4, requires that we service our debt first. We currently collect more than enough tax revenue to service our debt if we do that first....."

It only takes Obama to create and sustain a deadlock.
The Republicans have sent up three or four bills to compromise.
Obama has ejected all of them without any discussion.
Obama just wants to make you hurt.
He's been out to "fundamentally change" America since his first election.
