I was in the emergency room today when the paramedics brought Anthony in. Every nurse, medic and doctor tried to stabilize him by keeping his heart beating through CPR compressions by hand for over 30 minutes and in the end he didn’t make it. He was air lifted out of Johnson Memorial Hospital and he passed away moments later.

My heart goes out to Anthony’s dad, who was in agonizing despair while they tried to stabilize him. Also, my deepest condolences go out his family during this time of sorrow. May you one day find peace in your son’s memory while knowing he is in god’s loving care now and always.

My deepest sympathies,

I was at the track today, I didn't get there until after the accident, what a terrible tragedy...

My thoughts and condolences to his family and the entire Motocross family.

Seventies chick: He was a Motocross racer who had an accident at Stafford Motor Speedway this afternoon. He was Carey Hart's brother, Carey Hart helped put Motocross "on the map" and helped bring it into the hugely popular sport it is today.

Regardless of who he was related to, this is a terrible tragedy. That he is related to one of the "forefathers" of the sport only serves to bring it into a different spotlight.

All of my deepest condolences

I can't believe this has happened. I was just talking about him a couple of days ago about how he's changed so much this past year. All of our friends are in utter shock by what has happened. My prayers go out to his dad Tom, his Mom, Carey, and all of his family. I'll never forget those times we hung out...and watching the Superbowl together. Rest in Peace Anthony, you will be missed.

My heart and deepest sympathies go out to Tony Hart's family and friends. What a tragedy. May it comfort you to know that he died doing what he loved most, and that people from all corners of the world share in your sorrow. He was an inspiration to the Motocross family and may you continue to ride on in his honor. It takes such a brave soul to ever get involved in this sport in the first place, and his talent and courage is inspirational to everyone who watched him. God bless and hold your memories tight, love never dies, he is with you always.

Having lost a loved one in a race car at the age of 21 I can unfortunaltey say I have been there. It is shocking and unbearable. We all know that this is a possiblity in this type of sport but growing up at the tracks you just never think it will hit so close to home. My heart breaks for the family. Time does make it easier but it is a hole and a void that can never be filled. Godspeed Tony. You are in great racing company in a much better place..

I'm so sorry for the family I haven't been close to him for the past year. I feel even worse because of how much he's overcome and changed in the past couple of years with the last few injuries he's had I wish that I was closer in his last months. He was a great rider and an long time friend I'm gonna miss you buddy. R.I.P. I'll see you again some day I'm sorry for the family and close friends I know you guys are a wreck

My deepest condolances to Tom, Carey and the Hart family. I'm a former motocross rider and have ridden along side Tony during his up and coming years back at LVMS. Though I never met him, I've met Carey a few times, and am sure this is truly devistating. I'm sure no words can possibly bring him back physically, but he will be in out hearts forever.
