Have you read this ebook ?
http://www.elenaswinger.com

it`s free you can download it, it really works, for me, you can loose easily 2-3 kg/month at no effort, no pills anymore, no exercises, not many want to belive but it has very solid researches basis. IF is not good onlyu for weight loss but also for brain, it`s also anti aging, I couldn`t belive that when I heard about that for the first time, but there are a lot of researches about that, of course it requires some effort cos no one loves fasting but I belive it is a lot better solution than other alternatives. There are no shortcuts to healthier life. And this way is a compromise between surgery and very intensive exercising+diet.

Sometimes I get the shakes just because I have a meal too late. Sometimes I notice low blood sugar symptoms like that. Very unpleasant.

I know the feeling. I hate the blood draw too. Especially when I take the bus there and have to walk a long way despite being weak. Ugg...hard to do, keep wanting to sit down.

I wished it would hurry up.

You know I've never fasted. Unfortunately at times in the past I have gone hungry. I guess that's not the same.

How about a colonoscopy? You have to fast for that too, worse yet drink something to induce diarrhea!

Lucky for me my doctor's mailing me a fecal test to do in place of that. Since I'm low risk I don't need to subject myself to that thing. Thank god!

yes, you have to do fasting and take a laxative.

but the good thing is, you are allowed to eat certain foods while fasting:

You may eat anything you want but to the limit of 600 callories max in fasting days. There are two types of fasting diet, intermittent fasting - you choosing 2 days in a week when you fast, or other day fasting which may be less pain solution to many.

fasting is not good for diabetics, right ? we need to eat regularly in moderation. or else, hypoglycemia.
