So...I am really astounded that the Senator I rented a home from has turned out to be a "slum lord". Looks like I will be dealing with them in court. He and his wife did not disclose that it is in a major flood zone, has been flooded completely several times, now has black mold, broken windows, no heating or cooling system, holes completely through the floor, no mailbox, and many other issues. Any suggestions???? Should I name this individual that has attempted to take advantage of a single hard working mother that does not receive any type of assistance from really pisses me off...
