I'm lactose intolerant.Since birth.I was weened on soybean oil.Diary products cause me stomach cramps as if I was struck in the stomach.I managed to live without diary junk. It's poisonous to me.Back in 1955,there were no Lactaid products at all.

Everything gives me gas, even water. Chewing gum even does it for me! I'm musical at both ends.

By all means, you shouldn't keep a diary. But maybe you should try a dairy product instead.

That's really sad because there are some awesome flavors of ice cream out there.

24 years ago I began to eat yogurt. The gloucose is broken down by the bacterial culturein yogurt.I agree about that nasty stuff in milk. Thanks but I have plenty of cookies here. Also other treats.Funny how I have a strong stomach,I can eat lunch and immediately go on an amusement ride.Others with no lactose intolerence, vomit.I can mix any food together as long as its diary free.

I see you are one that points out misspellings.I'm not the only one that from time to time makes a typing mistake.Sometimes a simple word is spelled incorrectly due to something physical, say neuropathy.I realize that I typed a misspelled word a few words later or before posting,so instead of going back to correct it,I just click post and hope those who read my post are intelligent enough to understand the context of my message.Even my doctor occassionaly misspells.Hell, most can't even understand his writing. It's atrocious.Even as I go to strike a letter on the keyboard,I have difficulty at times guiding my fingers, even as I look at where I want them to go.If I stopped for each mistake,I'd get fewer messages posted.I see misspelled posts,I believe I only once pointed that out to someone.Mostly I just read the post and move on.Regardless of the spelling. These threads will keep you busy, plenty of posters to correct.

<quoted text>wow thats strange do you ever miss dairy products???
No.I have had ice cream now and then, but only when I'm home to deal with the reaction. As I aged, the reactions became less along with eating only a small portion of dairy products. The taste of milk is repugnant to me,so I don't miss it.Flavored dairy products are'nt so bad tasting, but the reaction will happen if I take a certain amount, about 3ozs.is all I can handle.
