Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who skipped an overseas trip this past week because of a stomach virus, sustained a concussion after fainting, the State Department said Saturday.
How long have you been out? Did you faint/fall and your hip bother you after. Maybe you like Clinton hit on your head?
Tell us........

Usually your friends take off all your clothes and write funny things all over you with felt pens.

Not sure about what Hillary's crowd does though.

It means they wiped off the excess vaseline and pulled his pants back up.

I passed out the other night from low blood sugar - it was just a dreamless sleep. When I came to, all these cops and paramedics were in my living room. I have one of those life alert things - Help, I've fallen and I can't get up - my husband pressed the button and literally saved my life!! My sugar had plummeted to 20 - VERY low.

Good idea. I'll have to do something like that. Thank you for the advice.

I didn't hit my head. I passed out here in my living room right in my hospital bed - a bed I'd received through my insurance company about 5-6 years ago, as I couldn't get comfortable anywhere else - we'd gone through 3 mattresses - and you know how expensive they are - well, the last one we bought was just a cheapo Sears one but even that gave me no comfort. I'd wake up incredibly sore from that one also, but we figured we'd at least give it a try. So my ins. co. offered me a hosp. bed at no charge - and it's truly the ONLY place I can sit/rest/sleep long enough. And it didn't cost me a thing. I also got a "Jazzy" at no cost - 2 walkers and a cane. I wouldn't be walking at all without them.

I don't know how long I was out - I'll have to check with my husband. Then I'll be glad to let you know. I didn't remember a thing til I woke up (I'm grateful that I did!) and my living room was filled with policemen and paramedics - they are terrific in this town! Between my illnesses and my husband's they've been here so many times and they've all done right by us. They've obviously been very well trained. I say God bless them :)

Funny, funny, funny!(I needed a good laugh.)

My nightgown remained intact. I did, however, have 2 tattoos on me but they'd been there before - an ankle bracelet with flowers and my dear husband's name. I'd always loved ankle bracelets but they always broke on me; then I got a Star of David on back of my right hand - David and Jonathan being recognized both in Christianity and Judaism and my son was named after them; including Jesse (King David's father) for his Confirmation. I like a lot of biblical and black names.

Oh yes, any hit on the head should be checked out - CT scan; they're very thorough tests and pick up ANY irregularities. Worth having done.

Excellent idea! Also, a nurse will be coming starting tomorrow to educate my husband and I on what to do should this ever happen again. He'll be given a certain pen-type needle to inject me with, which would quickly bring me back to consciousness. The last thing I remember saying to my husband was "I can't breathe". I don't know whether or not I could breathe, or was just too weak to sit up to get a good deep breath. He told me he kept trying to get me to sit up but I just couldn't stay in a sitting position; I kept falling back onto my hosp. bed. Thank God I wasn't falling!! And - thanks for your kind and valuable input :)
