These are christian spiritual leaders with thousands of christian followers right in the American southwest, all those christians can't be wrong about God's Will!
Well, here's the connection between AZ, CO the fires and global warming:
The Bark Beetle...
"Bark beetle outbreaks have resulted in the loss of hundreds of thousands of conifers on approximately 30 million hectares of forested lands in western North America during the last decade. Many forests remain susceptible to bark beetle infestation and will continue to experience high levels of conifer mortality until suitable host trees are depleted, or natural factors cause populations to collapse. Stand conditions and drought, combined with warming temperatures, have contributed to the severity of these outbreaks, particularly in high-elevation forests.1
Conventional wisdom suggests that large scale bark beetle outbreaks alter fuel complexes resulting in an increased potential for severe fires."
http://www.usu.edu/forestry/disturbance/bark-...
"Wildfire and beetle epidemics both have long histories in Western forests. Their patterns have been shaped somewhat by human impacts, but outbreaks, which tend to be infrequent and severe, are driven by larger factors. Scientists believe a warming climate is the main factor behind the West's more frequent severe wildfires, and is also likely amplifying the current bark-beetle epidemic, the most widespread on record. Warmer winters allow beetles to spread into more northerly and high-elevation territory. Beetles reproduce more often during longer warm seasons, and more larvae survive winters."

Aha! The Bark Beetles are co-conspirators in the Global Warming Hoax!
Pesky socialist beetles!
These guys have a very tiny little church in a very tiny little town. Thousands? It's an online radio show and as far as I can tell they can't get air time on a regular radio channel.

Let me clue you in to Larkspur Colorado.
http://www.city-data.com/city/Larkspur-Colora...

Population less than 200.

Absolutely beautiful area but not exactly the hub of a large ministry.

As for Mr. Buehner, he is a computer tech: He has earned a BA in Technical Communications, an MS in Computer Information Technology and is in pursuit of an additional graduate degree in ministry.(from the little church's website) He is probably getting that graduate degree online. Anybody can get one.

No, these christian leaders have thousands of followers:

"On January 1, 2005, Generations began airing on a daily basis on KGFT (FM 100.5) in Colorado Springs and KLT (AM 670) in Denver. In February of 2006 we secured a morning drive time schedule of 8:30 am for the program on KLT (AM 670), and during the following month added a weekend program on the Faith and Freedom Network, based in Iowa. Requests for tapes or downloads for the program during the first year totalled about 300. By the third year of the broadcast, tape requests and digital downloads increased to about 55,000.

By June of 2011, our total downloads broke the 1,000,000 mark, with over 100 countries listening on a monthly basis."

They relate to the majority of Christians about as much as the members of the Westboro Baptist Church.

From what I can tell online their followers are mostly in the leftwing and gay community who are using these "sermons" to fuel their leftwing followers.

But hey, I just live here. I am sure you out in WV have much greater knowledge of ministries and such out here in Colorado than I do living 20 minutes away from this place.

Absolutely true. I think these guys are using inflammatory speech to try to gain followers much the same way as Westboro. This church meets in a chapel in a cemetery, that's how big they are. They have one pastor and one elder.

Miner and the gay community wants this pastor to be a bigtime preacher because it allows them to bash and hate on Christians.

You can check the roster for weekdays and see they don't exist.

and here's the weekend roster:

I hate to burst your bubble but these guys are only gaining traction with gay and leftwing publications

Thanks, Pernie, but now I'm REALLY puzzled :s I've posted a couple of other times over the last few days from my cell phone, like that one. But THOSE have vanished, including the one where I told BobinTx that "It's SPOTS, Bob, SPOTS!" (he said leopards have stripes), and the one last night, where I asked Blackheart if he'd been drinking, after those two disgusting messages he posted. I don't get it :s

And Bob--if you don't get it in TX, DEMAND IT ;)

If you haven't downloaded the app see if your online appstore has it. My phone is a Galaxy and other than the pop up ads it works pretty good. The pop ups can sure get in the way of fingers and keyboard though.

"According to Buehner, the Bible makes it clear that an unmarried woman “doesn’t have the feminist independence that we hear so much about to make contracts, to buy drugs, to engage in activities without the father’s consent,” as naturally the father should know “what drugs his daughter’s putting into her body” and “whether or not his daughter is out there fornicating with the football team."

This is the very root of the birth-control issue for the christian right.

These broadcasters have provided over 1,000,000 downloads of their War on Women propaganda, it seems many share their views...

In the brave new cybersphere you don't need brick&mortar to build your army of followers.

People will pay to have their wacky beliefs confirmed, that's been the power of every organized religion.

Ladies, over 1,000,000 downloads of these guys can't be good for that old "equal justice under the Law" thingy:

"The Book of Numbers is very clear and the Book of Numbers says that ‘when the father hears the vow of his daughter, an obligation to which she’s bound herself, if the father says nothing then the vow stands; but if the father should forbid her on the day he hears of it then none of her vows, none of her obligations of which she has bound herself, shall stand.’ What that means is that a father who has a daughter, she’s not free, she doesn’t have the feminist independence that we hear so much about to make contracts, to buy drugs, to engage in activities without the father’s consent.
Now when you tell the father he has no business knowing what drugs his daughter’s putting into her body, when a father has no business knowing whether or not his daughter is out there fornicating with the football team, you’ve destroyed patriarchy even more. I think the government is waging a war against God’s family structure."

What I was hoping you'd clear up for me is this
Why would God kill firefighters in Arizona to punish the people of Colorado Springs?

Was it that you fid not realize the Prescott fire was not in Colorado?
