I'm opting for not havng an opinion on his guilt or innocence. I wasn't there.<quoted text>
zimmerman's stupidity cost a human life. That is inexcusable.
The Idiot was Not supposed to have a gun in the first place Because 'neighborhood watch' patrols are civilian, and not trained properly with firearms. At the very least, the jackass should do ten years for manslaughter. Murder is not out of the question, but jail time should result in this trial.
Know why he had the gun? he wanted to know what it felt like to shoot a man, or kid, or girl or anything living and breathing.
Lis is right about one thing; that 'star' witness sounded like she had OD'd on sedatives before taking the stand. I wanted to scream at the TV, "SPEAK UP!!
I changed the channel before I started talking like her...
He did have a permit to carry a gun so he was within his rights on that one and I guess it wasn't against the law to be following Martin. Maybe Zimmerman was stupid. Maybe he was simply an overzealous guy who fantisized about being in law enforcement or maybe he'd just had it with the crime in his neighborhood and snapped. Don't know.
I'd like to know how his nose got broken though and I'd like to know how the back of his head was cut before the shot was fired.
As far as that key prosecution witness goes - Yikes! I hope those lawyers have alot more than than just her. Can't quite figure out why they put her up first.
I'm concerned about the jury. 6 women who have to know if they find him not guilty a whole lot of people are going to start screaming.
Oh well..... this is America where there's always the possibilty of a book deal. And when it comes to high voltage African American trials where the whole country including the POTUS weighing in, they may get on the talk show circuit too and have their own little reality TV thing going!
