Of course, the guilty never could hold up in a "fair trial". Better to claim security or a threat to Administrative power... or something rather then let the dirty secrets get out... they will eventually...maybe not until after Bush term is over. I hope the courts send him where he belongs to send a message to wannabe Presidents not to mess around.
