it is vital that we make a solid stand that should really put the point across that this type of behavior has been tolerated long enough it is time to stand up against this movement that threatens the very freedoms we hold dear. im tired of the sense that our society is being held
hostage by these hate groups that will never stop until everyone who holds and opinion contrary to there platform is crushed.that my friends is un american...and should by no means be tolerated..

the issue here is not the fact that they are gay...but the fact that they are allowed to openly discriminate against
those contrary to there system...i dont hate
people...i hate it when i feel coerced into
accepting something that i find extremely disgusting and perverse why cant they keep it to them selves and live there lives and stay out of the spotlight with this issue its a non issue
its the epitome of self centeredness and society does not thrive on selfishness...

Opinions aren't protected by the law, sorry. Neither is bigotry.

All you have to do to end it is give gays their civil rights. You only have yourself to blame.

You're the ones using the law to say they can't get married. That means you're the ones pushing. All they want to do is get married, which has absolutely nothing to do with you. Nobody's forcing you to marry someone of the same sex.

You're forcing your beliefs on them and they're fighting back. Good for them. You're evil and deserve it.

I have nothing against homosexuals, but let me ask this.

I have heard over and over again that homosexuals are born that way. Come on people, show some real proof ( 100%) that this is indeed the reason and not a choice to be homosexual.

When you look at another guy, do you make a choice to not want to suck him off?

What a person does in their own private life is no one elses business and the dictionary definition of bigot is as follows, one intolerably devoted to their prejudices or opinions. You have stated that homosexuals, simply by existing, are criminals and should be punished under the law. In fact, there was once such a law in this country, in which homosexuals were prosecuted for existing. The action you call for is discrimination and you are a bigot. Your own views make that clear.
Homosexuals want to have the same rights as anyone else. The right to live and work where they wish and to be left alone by others. If two members of the same sex wish to marry that is no one elses business either. And, this country is a Democracy, or claims to be. In a Democracy the supreme power is "of the people". When a percentage of that population is not allowed to exercise their rights this is discrimination. The cry that gays want to force their life style on others is ridiculous. Anyone who doesn't want to have dealings with a gay person doesn't have to. Anything more than that and it is they who are pushing their choices on someone else. I doubt very many people have lost their jobs because they were apposed to gays having rights. If they did, they were discriminated against and have the right to legal action against their employer. There have however been many gays fired for being gay and they have had little recourse under the law, since it is very difficult to prove and little chance exists that anyone would care if it were proven.

You said that sexual attraction is a choice, but then you get offended when I ask you when you made your choice.

Something's not right here...

And FYI, homosexual acts are not illegal in any state.

Since scientists proved in the eighties that by manipulation of genes homosexual models could be made, beginning with studies on fruit flies university studies, it is fact that a missing gene can bring about homosexual behavior, whether you consider it natural or choice. The fact that there are those born with both male and female organs is further proof that homosexuality is most likely a third sex. There is nothing immoral or unnatural about doing what is natural to the individual. But, anyone who doesn't want to believe being gay is normal or natural is not going to so showing reams of test results and research isn't going to do any good in that instance. I can assume from your post that you are among those critics.

I haven't either and I searched and Googled looking for some indication that this was true. So far I've drawn a blank. But, this shows how someone can by accident or intentionally produce facts that are misleading to justify their own stance.
