I am having a problem with a 96 blazer it sputters (like a misfire) on take off from a corner and shifts hard into second gear then runs fine. it dosn't do it every time.
I did a full tune up but did not cure it can somebody help me

I conferred with my bf on this and if your engine is of the carbureted variety (instead of injectors) that's your first place to look. You said after turning a corner, especially if it's particular to having turned right or left check the float level in the carb bowl, if it's too low that can cause fuel starvation depending which side of the bowl the fuel outlet is on [as the gas in the bowl sloshes to one side when you turn the corner] he said he had the same problem on a old Jeep CJ when climbing too steep a grade.
