Caught Up in a Calorie Battle

Hello everyone. There are a lot of people who are talking about how they're trying to cut down on calories and they're not sure how many calories are good or how many calories are bad or what someone told them about how many calories they should be taking in, etc. the list goes on and on. i would like to tell everyone, not just the select few that i personally replied to, that i have an opinion about that based on my experience. This is not going to require any "corporate"expertise or anything like that. When you step on the scale it's telling you about your weight...how much you WEIGH...not how many calories you are. maybe calories are important if you're a heavily active person but if you're just trying to lose weight then you have to look at things for what they truly are. if you drink 5 lbs of water you're going to gain 5 lbs, even though water has no calories in it. the scale is measuring WEIGHT, not calories. the important thing to remember when deciding if something is good to eat or not while dieting is how heavy is the food you're about to eat? don't look at the calories. just think for yourself. if you're eating something that's very dense or full of starch and things like that it's going to take much longer for your body to break it down. by the time it's broken down you would have already consumed your next meal. see how quickly and easily things can back up on you? that's all it is. please don't fall into these corporate games where they'll tell you to eat 3 times a day just to support the economy. don't let them tell you to lose 1-3 pounds a week just so they can make money on the comebacks. there's no money in it for them if they drop your weight for you the way that your body is capable of dropping it. Trust me. those companies that make money off of feeding peoples' addictions don't want you to lose the weight. the higher ups that sell you your medicine don't want you to get better. trust yourself and think naturally. losing weight is very easy. sometimes it's just a little difficult to de-program the way so many honest, beautiful people have been programmed for so long. i can lose 2 pounds in my sleep...literally. i laugh at these corporations but i honestly feel for all the good people who are unfortunately suckered into their little money games that don't include you. BE your own president! YOU are your boss! YOU are #1! Please KNOW that! Have a glorious, logical day!
