Oh, please. There is no question he's guilty- he did it in full view of dozens of people- his victims in fact. It's a shame he's not dead so we are forced to indulge in the fiction of using the word "alleged" as if there is any remote possibilty that he didn't do it. Let me see, he's really not guilty- it was his evil twin from a parallel universe who escaped just in time to get the "alleged" innocent Nidal shot? Now there is this op-ed piece chastising the President for saying what we all know to be fact. What a farce.

Are you suggesting that Nidal had some excuse to gun down innocents and we just don't get it? There is no excuse. There are no extenuating circumstances. The "situation" is that he gunned down innocent people- his fellow soldiers. If you knew anything about the military, you'd appreciate the heinous nature of turning on your own while serving.
