LOL You don't believe in working your way up do you!<quoted text>
We all fall short Annie, you aren't alone there....
It takes 30 days to form a habit..........I think the important thing is doing it (especially exercise) at the same time everyday. It becomes habit, we see and feel the results, we feel better we continue.
I started walking the other day I tried to do 4 miles in an hour, I kept a pretty brisk pace but wasn't even close to the hour. But, Its been so dang cold here and I have had a sore throat sniffles thing goin on, I had to postpone it. Its suppose to get into the 20 degree below 0 category by early next week, so I wont resume until that goes by. Its just to dangerous to be out in that type of cold.
Happy New Year!!
Start slow Rider...build up to that.
I start everything at a moderate pace...some would call it slow...but my body tells me how fast I can go. Ever so often I up the ante when it becomes too easy.
Someone once said...Rome was not built in a day...neither was my body...it took a while for it to get this out of shape!
Bring on spring...can't wait to get out and do some trail type walking...I could now I suppose but I think I am allergic to the cold...makes my joints hurt.
