And you answered.
It's okay, you're my bitch.
Is that what you said before she left you?

Or was it the addiction to violent pseudo rape pornography which did it?

Fair enough.
I don't honestly think you're gay.
I wanted you to see how stupid it is when people exagerate your posts and make them something they're not.
Like you and your "wife and baby beater" bullshit.
I don't care if you or Thing Two DO think I'm gay.

It's your problem, not mine.

Already explained
A passenger's prior knowledge of the glass has nothing to do with it. However when they saw the glass was struck only once and it didn't do anything, they wouldn't be in any danger and would have no reason to shoot to kill as a response to it"
And nobody would have reason to have a gun drawn before then. And if they did, no way someone whacks their windshield
So the driver would have to pull his gun AFTER the one strike, in which case he would never have cause to use it legally
And until he is in IMMINENT harm, he can't use deadly force anyway
ENOUGH troll, just enough
Again....

the reasonable man has no knowledge of the tensile strength of the windscreen.

He does not see toughened glass, he sees only glass.

in the same way that the reasonable man does not see an unloaded weapon pointed at him...only a weapon...he can have no knowledge of the number of blows it may take to break the windscreen and use the weapon on him, the very next blow may be the one prior to the infliction of serious physical harm. He has no prior knowledge of circumstance, he is the reasonable man.

You are incorrect YET AGAIN.

I agree, but at the same time, not everyone would respond as you or I might, and also, some people can only respond in certain ways(such as the elderly, a teen, etc...).
There are instances in which the option of fighting or fending off an attack or perceived threat simply are not available to some people.
In those instances, it becomes reasonable for them to use the means they deem necessary to prevent bodily harm to themselves.
For some people a fist might do that. For some a club might do that. For others mace might do that. For some a firearm is appropriate to them and the courts in some states allow for that(any or all of those, I'd suspect).
I've been in Cali most of my life, so my thought processes are Californian.

In Cali, pretty much nobody can carry a loaded gun in a car. We hav to have the gun, unlaoded, in a locked case and the bullets in a separate case. I'll usually keep the gun in the trunk and the bullets in the back seat, in case I get pulled over, the cop will be totally cool with that.

If that guy was illegally carrying a loaded gun in his car and shot me as I approached, he would've liely got a long prison sentence.

That's why I say you shouldn't be recommending here that it's ok to shoot people it you *think* there's a threat. Somebody might take it the wrong way.

Some dumb ass is gonna shoot an approaching bum and think they can get away with it so long as they claim they "felt" a mortal danger....
Good luck trying to get a jury to believe you. The prosecutor would probably make you out into a gun-nut that's been ittching to shoot someone.
I don't doubt something similar to that has happened and it didn't require me to say a thing for the person to feel threatened.

It isn't just my America, it belongs to everyone.

Unfortunately, some people threaten others and others feel threatened.

What is it your bible says?

19) Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: "It is mine to avenge; I will repay," says the Lord.- Romans 12:19(NIV)

What were you thinking that day you hit the window with The Club?

Really?

NO. I wasn't thinking at all. My anger got the better of me, I was much younger then, early 20s. I've admitted many times to regretting it and calling it a mistake.

The good thing is that I learned from that mistake. Nothing like that has ever happened to me since. And it will never happen again. It changed me.

I'd say that was a nice evasion.

If it wasn't so transparent.

Why do you feel the need to lie so much, man? Does it make you feel better about yourself?

Yeah.

It just recently became frowned upon to carry a weapon in a gun rack - in the window - in some areas here.

That was because it was considered to be advertising to would be thieves that "Hey, here's a gun, come take it".

That's a good thing, IMO.

Still, around here, you can carry a weapon in many instances - in your vehicle or on your person - if it isn't concealed.

Most people don't do that. It's just asking for trouble during a routine traffic stop and at other times as you can well imagine.

You can't be this stupid

I want the link for the website that you copied tout information about Texas law on

7th request

And btw, maybe you were trying to impress W_N but you said you would shoot trespassers. I said jokingly to remind me never to show up to your front door unannounced. You replied "I'd never get that far"

So if we are done with the lies and the stalling, the link you still haven't posted please

Then when you repeatedly refused to provide the link to your information, you tried to use Ben's link
That link didn't have Texas in it so I used Florida
I don't give a shit what you posted about Texas until you back it up with a link

I'm no weekend lawyer. Perhaps you haven't noticed, but I've pretty much stayed out of y'alls little lawyerly debate.

Rebuttal presumption? I hadda look that up.

"an assumption made by a court, one that is taken to be true unless someone comes forward to contest it and prove otherwise"

In this instance, how would someone prove their knowledge of car glass?
