Talk about pissing away money!
Maybe we'll just get him a public defender.

Or maybe he can represent himself.

Of course, that didn't work out so well the last time.

And you are constantly.
And there's nothing but discord here.
You do not offer peace. You never have.
Just look at your all day online activity..
Yuck for wsjlm..
You are a troll.- I am convinced- you love trouble.
Settle down fraud

You are the one trying to tell someone they are running from a non-existent fight to get discord going where there is peace

That's as slimy as it gets

But I am glad he can see what kind of friend you really are since that post was all about what you wanted and not what's better for him as he has made it clear he is happier with this new agreement. As am I, I am sure he will find out more about you as time goes on

Desperation.
LOL

I guess that's kind of your thing huh? I thought it might have just been selectively.

No thanks. Find someone else to play with if you can't address posts by content and want to just give non-responsive answers

I let the first stupid comment slide about the librarian when I asked you a legitimate request since I figured you might have a source

I'm not going to play Topix troll games with you

You seem to be saying that you would "stand beside" a murderer rather than someone who just thinks they're better in some way than someone else, or as you say a, "christian elitist."
Surely, you can't believe that a murderer deserves your forgiveness before someone who acts as an elitist, Christian or not.
I believe- with every injustice there is a ripple effect. There has to be.
Effecting us all whether we see it or not.
We are here together. All of us.

I just know Jesus told us to reach out to those in prison .
Whether he meant mental or physical prison. Or both.

I do not believe
either deserve my forgiveness. Or anyone other humans.

I'll just try and help my fellow man along- religion or not.

But anybody can click on the link and see for themselves
You obviously have a reason you won't link yours
Who spends two posts making excuses instead of just posting it?
Meh, it really makes no difference to me what your motive is to refuse to disclose it. The information doesn't change how I view the subject anyway
translation: You are quoting a secondary source and you don't actually know the material.

Do you really need me to link you to your own material?

The alternator is in, bunch of five minute jobs with one hour breaks. Will test jump start it after the sun goes down....maybe.
I try not to leave jobs undone, just take my time doing them. <smile>
Tis amazing how they can wrap us humans around them. Tis hard not to love the loveable ones. All of mine have me well trained. LOL But honestly would not have it any other way with my critter pals.

Hope now that you gotten the alternator installed the vette will not leave you sitting anywhere now most especially with winter months head our way.

Only projects I leave undone are my pet projects I work on in my spare time and when I am in the mood.

Third post

Third excuse for why you won't link your quote

There is normally only one reason someone will refuse to link a quote

I am not interested in a 4th excuse. I will just consider your quote untrustworthy

Sorry- not "deserve my forgiveness".
For, I mean , there's no one -ever- who I would think
needed my forgiveness..

You are angry. And you should be -- at yourself.

You resorted to claiming some of the finest minds in the field from some of the finest institutions in the filed -- Harvard, Columbia, Notre Dame, UNC -- were prostituting their careers simply because you could not defend adequately your position.

I disagree
I think it is a sign of tremendous strength, courage, and selflessness
How is your master untouchable?
I don't see that as a sign of weakness. I don't see where Jesus did that. Who did he sacrifice himself for? Who did he save? Where are the Christians? Not here.

My Master is untouchable because he lives what he preaches. He once peed in a cup and threw at me. When I didn't dodge fast enough and after I showered, we went through a month long lesson on how to predict the unexpected attack and how to prevent it or at the very least, how to dodge it. He understands my limitations. He understands my mental illness.

You imagining my anger Chess

And you are either gullible or in denial if you think it is no coincidence that 5 of the 6 books were specifically titled after the 'secret' gospel that have been rejected by all but a handful of scholars

Does it prove they are frauds? No

But at bare minimum it certainly gives them an awful big incentive to be biased

If you see two preachers on tv and one wants money and the other doesn't, who do you trust more?

So sorry if i don't see a guy selling paperbacks at $40 a pop to learn about the 'secret gospels' the best source

And he could just be wrong like a lot of people think

And who are you to talk about prematurely dismissing scholars? You dismissed like a list of 10 without so much as a reason

Were you angry?

Again, don't play troll games with me or I am done talking

I have always had respect for you in the past but its Topix 101 to claim the other poster is angry or write one-word non-responsive answers

Anyway, this conversation has pretty much hit its natural end on its own

If you are going to reference the Bible you ought to at least know what the reference is about right? Jesus died for the sins of man.

As for who is a Christian that is not up to you or any man to judge

If practicing what you preach is your definition of untouchable then all right. I had a very different definition

Although pretty sure water would have done the same trick.

You realize only one title mentioned secret, right?

You realize most of those texts were not primarily about Longer Mark, right?

You realize Brown actually objects to use of the term "secret" in relation to Longer Mark?

Of course not. You haven't actually read those texts.

So you *do* need a link to your own *ultimate* source?

Really?

I'll happily provide it.
