Cluck cluck.
LOL

I am sure your tiny brain is spinning trying to figure out a way to explain why you would make 3 different claims. All stemming of course when HL "helped" you by explaining to Rider that hge was right that you are not a criminal defense attorney. That you were not a "regular lawyer" but do other things with your license.

Your attempt at vague innuendo is as usual the only card in your deck

There is nothing left to tell or know. You lied and got caught. Its that simple

OK. Fair enough, but now somebody has.
I'm nobody's back up, RR. I'm independent. You should know that by now. I don't take sides but I'd like to know. Do you think there was something else you could have done to avoid being bitten and subsequently hitting a woman?
Of course. If I could take it back and have a "do-over", I would.

It was a fight, I heat-of-the-moment, split-second decision.

The best way to avoid that situation from ever happening again is to leave the argument before it turns into a fight.

For the record, I regret what I did. But I feel it was justified to accomplish what needed to happen; her to stop biting me and us to stop fighting period.

It worked.

But wait, the Dodgers are in a rally.
They have a TV on at the bathhouse?

Good for you that you watch sports

At least you have a little man in ya

Figuratively speaking. What you do literally in your business

I appreciate the post and the kind words
But let me offer some advice
Imagine if LW and PW got mad at you and wrote you off the first time they didn't like something you have said? That would have happened a long, long time ago. Yet 99.9% of their posts to you are always uplifting and kind
Especially PW who maybe says a negative thing 2-3 times a year
So give them some of the same consideration back.
Other posters were it is not an isolated incident and they are here to cause problems and strife, sure we handle posters like that differently
But LW and PW are good people and i think deep down you know it. You simply got angry. I can relate
Food for thought maybe?
(T) Peace
problem is that I do like those 2 posters,
only I don't like their defencive remarks to deffend this poor guy ben Adam
I wrote him about his child and what he did it to her-worse to forsake child then fight with wife,

and after my remark those 2 posters enter with their insults,it is always happen with lill whispers

I like them as believers,I don't like their phisical behavoiur and sticking nose in to my own human trush?
I really don't need them esspecialy PW,and LW
They can get very dirty, frustrated, upset, and sick, when I wipe their noses, and kick their a.....s from my own dumpster.
only I am responsible for my own action and dirt made by me around me- not those 2 posters

eh,just forget this

thanks Skom for advice

On this date in 1536, English theologian William Tyndale, the first person to translate the Bible into early modern English, was executed.
Why, you may ask?
For heresy.
Nice.
wow, I believe it too, because the clergy didn't want anybody to be able to read it for themselves, they wanted to dictate
to the people what it said. Sorta like how the Federal Reserve doesn't want anyone to look at their books either.

We would need a telescope to even see the original point of the conversation
But this is what happens when you have to keep making stuff up to explain away other stuff.
Tell me you at least remember that the original point was Catcher should not agree to defend a child rapist he thinks is guilty as certainly has no duty to?
I'd settle for you even acknowledging that is what this was about
Well yes but I wasn't personalizing it.
I included all lawyers, not just him. That's the only way to paint an honest picture.

I am sure most people would change the circumstances that led to something negative happening if they could. Hindsight is always 20/20

Which is why when we don't have the benefit of knowing what will happen until it does, things happen we don't expect

I am sure you were not thinking "well if I keep arguing with her this crazy chick is gonna attack me and start biting me"

But once she did, it seems to me your only two options were to let her continue to bite you till she tired herself out which seems incredibly painful or to do something to get her to stop. Most people when they experience sudden pain will instinctively react to try to stop it.

Under the circumstances, I don't see how much more restraint could be used than smacking someone on top of the head. A lot of people might have reacted way harsher just out of self-preservation and pain without thinking about it.

I would never condone someone hitting a woman first or laying hands on one when it isn't absolutely necessary. And even then it has to be within reason. I'd say your reaction definitely falls within those parameters.

I'd be curious what anybody else could come up with while getting chomped on?

How does size help when someone is biting you? And you consider it a disproportionate response to smack the top of someone's head to try to get them to let go? What would you do? In all seriousness. Not like in a sexual way but if some crazy chick actually was biting you as hard as she could, what would be the fair response? At least enough force to get her to stop right? That's the definition of self-defense
And anybody will be bigger than a baby. Would you characterize tapping a baby butt as "hitting a baby"
I'm surprised to see you get in on these characterizations over the information provided
They are very serious charges to make and someone shouldn't make them lightly
Nothing he did IMO is anywhere close to either
Why do you feel differently?
Striking a infant is a method only the criminally insane would resort to.
