Geez, scar.

How much time does an atheist really need to spend searching/making/saving Christian photo bucket pics?

You sure do have a lot of them.

Everyone said the same thing. "I've never seen that before".
Remember, I was booked in on Friday night, according to the CA prison system, even one minute in a day counts as a full 24 hour day. So that Friday night counted as my first 24 hours.
Then the court was closed Sat, Sun & Mon. Monday was a holiday. So they had Tuesday and Tuesday only to arraign me. Per CA law, exert person arrested must be arraigned within 48 hours.
I was not.
I was released Tuesday night.
When were the charges dropped from Aggravated Assault to Vandalism?

Is it? Here's part the code you speak of. I can't find he relevance. It seems to be only about a person that's already been convicted.
"he or she has been convicted after a plea of not guilty, the court shall set aside the verdict of guilty; and, in either case, the court shall thereupon dismiss the accusations or information against the defendant and except as noted below, he or she shall thereafter be released from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the offense of which he or she has been convicted"
That's the point.

First, the conviction.

Later, no custody or restraint, actual or constructive (probation).

Now, expungement of the conviction is available (but not as a matter of right) under P.C. 1203.4.

There was never a charge of aggravated assault.

Only a judge can do that once the charge(s) have been filed...and for that, there has to be a formal hearing.

I think I understand.

In order to have an expungement there first must be a conviction.

Yes?

The long wait is a good indication that the movie will be good.

I think Catcher is out of sorts because our government has been shut down.

I'll make a "guesstimate".

I average around 11 posts per day.

You average around 80 posts per day.

What you want to bet it's been far less time than you spend at work posting on topix during the past year?

We all should be "out of sorts" about the shut down.

It's a horrible thing.

The teabaggers are intent on destruction of our system of government.

But I won't discuss it further here--wrong thread.

I still don't know what you and Clementine are talking about.

BTW, where's River?

Yh, about your government, nobody answers my question. Why can't your government use tax money to fund the healthcare system? Why r u guys making a big deal with this insurance thingy?
