Much damage to left arm. Bone grafts, metal plates, nerve damage, loss of fine motor control.

30 years later, still hurts.

I can no longer play guitar, keyboard or tin whistle.

On the upside, I CAN still play harmonica, bodhrán and drums.

And I don't use "Handicapable". I have a busted wing.

Don't feel bad if you get them wrong. Most Christians do as well. This is a test of bible knowledge, so the correct answer to each question is what the bible says it is. To be correct, each answer must be complete. If the bible gives more than one answer, you need to give them both/all. Good luck:
[1] What were Jesus' very last words on the cross?
[2] Is man saved by faith or works?
[3] Can men be righteous?
[4] Have men seen God?
[5] Is every word from God true?
[6] Does God grow tired or weary?
[7] What was Jesus reply when the Sanhedrin asked if he was Messiah?
[8] What was the exact wording on the cross?
[9] Did Satan take Jesus to the mountain or the temple first?
[10] How many blind men received sight on the road from Jericho?
[11] Is God satisfied with his works?
[12] Does God reside in temples?
I have ovaries, much tougher than balls.

Ok, I'll try my best, my way. I'm going to wing it, am not using references.

[1] "Forgive them father, they know not what they do."
[2] Faith through Jesus Christ as well as obedience, so both.
[3] No. No one is perfect, not one.
[4] No, faith must be blind. Yes, god is everywhere, ye are gods.
[5] Yes.(lol)
[6] Yes. Told Noah to build an ark and flooded the world.(lol)
[7] I'll have to look that up.
[8] I'll have to look that up.
[9] Jesus was already wondering around the desert when satan appeared.
[10] One I think.
[11] He is then he isn't, seems to change his mind a bit.
[12] That's a tricky one. According to the bible, people seem to think he does. But according to the bible, we are all gods and therefore everywhere.

Ugh.

Actually it is your clients that pay the price

You argue on behalf of child abusers

But just out of curiosity, what is in your parenting handbook?

You raise a chicken in your 'office' right?

I'm sure you are an expert!

I mean, look how well you mastered legal terminology and court procedural and evidential rules:)

Uh-oh. There goes my happy home.
From a Grateful Dead classic:
Yes I'm goin' back to that shack way across the railroad track
That's where I think I belong
Yes I got a sweet woman, Lord, she's waiting there for me
That's where I'm gonna make my happy home

Ugh.
I believe Job was perfect once upon a time then the contradiction was spotted and corrected in the new revised international everyday standard american study bible version(12th edition)...type thing.

....if you read it now he was just a really nice chap and all round good egg with smashing table manners.

No man has ascended into heaven either but jesus allegedly told one of his crucifiction neighbours that "today ye will be with me in paradise".

That'll be corrected in the 13th edition no doubt.

No it ain't, especially on a fantasy site.

He makes it so easy to score points off his writings because to me it obvious that he here fantasizing a offline reality he wishes was true. Whether it is him fantasizing being an atheist or his fantasy about Christianity...makes him an easy target.

You're a word jumbler, all right.
You could have been referring to the act of hitting or the baby

Its why you edited your sentence halfway in

Oh I wasn't suggesting they all must have just learned it from you
I just have seen them copy each other very quickly
I doubt it is even fully a conscious decision at this point
There is even a phrase of mine they use on a regular basis. They probably don't realize I said it! LOL
But i just thought it was funny that with a day or two of you saying it that it founds its way into three different people's posts! Maybe four. That's all that was
:)
I don't know...there are a depressing number of pedantic arguers here. And if we all see posters doing the same thing, who is to say that the pedantic posters haven't (badly) learned from each other?

But hey, he did

"Doc by day" and "rock by night"

Sorry, I know that was hard to read something that dorky but that is how he characterized himself for playing his guitar after work! In his mind people came to see him play, In reality people were like, who is that loser with the guitar sitting by himself and making terrible attempts to hit on women?

LOL,

Now he "lies by day" and "cries by night"

Yep, he does make it easy:)

I have stayed out of this conversation. Mainly because I don't think any of us have the right to call someone an abuser...we were not there...we didn't see what went on...
How one disciplines their children...as long as it is no abusive...has to be up to a parent...whether I agree with those choices or not.
I was spanked as a child...I was not abused...I wasn't damaged for life because of it.
On another note RR...while I might feel for you being accused of abusing your child...and your wife...it is not different than what you do to Duane...you accuse him based on some words written on a discussion board. You weren't there...you don't know what happened...you don't understand what went on...nor where Duane was in his life at the time.
There is no difference IMO between what is happening to you right now than what a few of you put Duane through...you used a few words that he wrote to crucify him. It is now happening to you.
I won't call you an abuser...I wasn't there...just as you weren't there when Duane made the choice that his daughter would be better off without him in her life.
I guess it goes back to...take the plank out of your own eye before you point out the splinter in someone elses.
LOL...I said the same thing in post #589699 and I didn't get a "Brilliant...Agree...and Helpful Icon"...LOL

Oh well...at least I didn't get all negative icons like I did a few months ago...
