4000 posts a month and you expect people to believe you have a life? There aren't 36 hours in an earth day.
You sure it wasn't "Birth of a Nation"?
Your an old man with a four year old kid?

My kids are good cooks, I've been training them as long as they were tall enough to reach the stove.

I *just* taught my son how to BBQ because we *just* bought a BBQ.

I can't teach him how to BBQ on thin air...

Again, your assumptions f_ck you in the ass.

Uhm...ah...yeah...so there's not a chance, not a chance in hell, that either Catcher or IANS or any person who went to university learned that word from me.

I learned it in logic 201, to be honest. They covered the argument fallacies in detail. I did very poorly in that course, mainly because I slept through the final, but also because it was among my first English language courses at the university level and it made almost no sense to me.

To be even more honest, topix has taught me lots about arguing. A great deal of that was learned from Polymath, but also many of the atheists here, and a couple of the people, whom I don't know are atheists or not, who aren't here.

Just being on topix has brought back the knowledge from that course - like a second coming :) No idea why. It really made no sense to me at the time, with all their diagrams and whatever. I remember the circular argument fallacy quite well because the prof said:

"We must trust that the Koran is 100% accurate.
How do we know this?
Well, the Koran tells us it is."

hahaha! That really, really, really brings home Topix for me.

Didn't you walk out on them? Do try to keep up with your own embelishments.

Ok, moving on. Here we have the RiversideRedneck model in the new racist colors. Oh! And this one has a number of attachments for punishing babies. Yes, sir, that's right, babies. 6 months old. Uh, I don't know, let's check the box. Yes, yes, it says right here, under mottoes: "you have to discipline infants just like you do puppies." I guess so, sir, yes, I would imagine that explains the twin doggie bowls. One for water, one for food.
Ok, moving on...

And you are dealing with that Christian anti-intellectualism as well. They are taught that what people outside of their sphere know is foolishness, and that we are all vain for thinking that one kind of person's opinion might be better than another's.
I constantly forget and think I'm dealing with people who respect rational perspectives. Nope. Good point and thank you for reminding me.
That may be true, but it's not a deal killer for the Christian. He has faith.
hahaha! I love that you replied to my "incomprehensibly stupid" remark with the above!
What a disease this religion and its teaching are.
I think I'll repost the list of its symptoms again. Number [3] is the one that is the subject of the moment. Number [5] is the one I was alluding to when I mentioned that a book would rock the boat of our presently tranquil lives with. The burden that piece of crap church and its teaching imposes on the culture is tremendous:
Bad Ideas Taught To Christians By The Church
[1] Christian misanthropy (man does mostly harm)
[2] Christian antiscientism (don't believe or trust scientists)
[3] Christian anti-intellectualism (the wise are fools)
[4] Christian misogyny (the war on reproductive freedom)
[5] Christian atheophobia (unbelievers are morally unfit and infested with demons)
[6] Christian homophobia
[7] Christian infantilizing (self-actualization is arrogant pride, submission and obedience are good)
[8] Christian sexual guilt (shame on you!)
[9] Christian psychological terrorism (threats of eternal torture)
[10] Christian alienation ("the world" is bad, you don't belong there)
[11] Christian self-loathing (you are spirit trapped in vile flesh)
[12] Christian easy self-forgiveness
[13] Christian anhedonia (pleasure is bad)
[14] Christian slave ethics (be meek, submit)
So, I'm off to play my MMO...

I know, I know. If you read the post you responded to, I acknowledged that you distinctly claimed that the criminality inherent in blacks was neither due to genetics nor society.
Had you read my words, rather than just focusing on genetics and writing quick "no, not me!" post, you'd see that I was quite perplexed. Because once you remove genetics, the automatic default explanation is society...but...ah, you removed that, too.
So now we're left with what? The orbit of Mercury as Mars passes in front of Jupiter?
In short: I acknowledge you did not claim criminality was genetic. If you had stopped there, you would have been better off than had you continued.

There is no "application of violence" in my home.

I keep guns for the 'what if's' that could happen.

Much like you bringing condoms to the Canadian bathhouses.

Just in case...

He claims a six month old child is neither an infant nor a baby and corporal punishment is the only way to deal with them other than stoning them to death.

There is much more to raising a dog than the potty-training parts.

It's odd that an 'elite' mind like yours sticks to the pee and can't see past it.

Do you need an explanation? I'll gladly give you one.

It doesn't seem like you do. Your the nonparent type that already knows-it-all.
