You claimed that killing people was fine if it was legal. Specifically at the time when we were talking about all the murder that occurred based on your bible's laws in the past.

The NT was "written for ancient Christians" so it has nothing to do with anyone today.

Note the contradictions in Christian logic ?

I'm saying that regardless of what some people have done, the Bible does not teach us to do bad things.

Regardless if they killed witches "in the name of god", they were still wrong for doing so.

Because the Bible does not teach us that we should kill witches.
They killed in the name of Christianity an had a major following.
No one I've ever heard of killed in the name of atheism.

Many many MANY deaths are on the hands of Christians.

i know a while back she said she was gonna be gone for 3-4 days but I thought that already happened.

I will pop in FB tonight if I remember when I get home and see if she has been in there. Hopefully everything is OK.

Some churches have a video feed in the bathrooms so if you have to go during the service you don't miss anything.

I'm not kidding.

The church I went to just had a speaker in there. It was still creepy.

You could be, that's the difference.

Atheists: never commanded and obligated to follow anyone.

Religious people: always obligated to follow their god. If he says jump, you jump and ask how high at the same time, hopefully getting it right the first jump.

Yes, he is outright wrong.
No one should be "put down."
If he isn't harming anyone, let him be.
Same with everyone else, if they aren't harming anyone, let them be.

Though you obviously can't mind your own business and do that.

Of course he would. Those are Christian ethics: whatever they believe the god commands is good.

Based on the use of the word "God" in the letter it was probably a Christian wanting the child murdered.
An athiest would suggest that a medical professional become involved. You how us atheists are with science and medicine.

Outstanding! Lmao. Doc. ;)

I have been advised by my prophet,
"Klaatu Barada Nikto" <local friend>

ICD9 - section 8
DRG - 666
DX -

Although vocal and motor tics are the hallmark of Jesus Tourette syndrome,

Jesus Tourette Posting syndrome JTPS has other symptoms such as:

a) the expression of socially inappropriate comments (INSULTS)

b) or behaviors (HOLIER THAN THOU ATTITUDE)

c) obsessive compulsive disorder (GODDIDIT)

d) attention deficit disorder (DENIAL OF FACT)

e) self-injuring behavior (IMAGINED HELL)

f) depression (FAILURE TO CONVERT)

g) anxiety ("What if I'm worshipping the wrong Saviour?" ) also appear to be associated with JTPS.

Education is the cure. ;)

Playing with the religious is a hoot!

I am Imhotep® and I approve this post.

Yes, because a mandatory prayer to a particular religion gives the impression that the govt favors that religion.
Hence, illegal.
<quoted text>
There is no "wall".
1. Correct.
2. Also correct. Our founding fathers knew that one of the best ways to destroy a country is to let a religion control it. And the best way to ruin a religion is to let a govt control it.
Those men were absolute geniuses.
So how is the above not a "wall of separation"?
