Take a deep breath, collect your thoughts, and try again,
After all, you can't do any worse, eh?
It appears you are either a homophobe or afraid to come out of the closet. Not sure which.

Are you drunk again?
Lets do a recap.

You're internet love interest got nailed plagiarizing.

You took offense.

And then you took a beating pretending you knew something you didn't.

And now you're angry.

Did I miss anything?

I like yours too. I like to have fun.
Try telling a joke.
That's what I do.
Everybody here is older than me. Everybody here knows more important stuff than me.
I like jokes. That's what I bring to the table.
Have you heard this one? A guy walks into a bar.

A woman walks into bar with a duck under her arm.
The bartender says, we don't allow pigs in here.
The woman says, that's a duck not a pig.
The bartender says, I was talKing to the duck.

What do you call a cross between a horse and a rattlesnake?

I don't know but if it bites you, you can ride it to the hospital.

I always tell that one with a dog under her arm.

Nope, I'm not going further with that.

I did miss it-as you said. I was [sin]ply mak'n the point that I believe you all should(in my opinion) be above the rhetoric I witness. I think more of youse than you realize...just say'n...
Thanks.

You say be above the rhetoric. I'm not sure what that means, but if it means to not engage the offenders, I have to disagree. I feel pretty good about the choices that I have made in this thread - who to deal with, and how to deal with them. I'm not really into appeasing such people that much.

Sorry, but I concede nothing to the religious. Nothing.

You know it! Is there any full stocked (walk in) horse ranches up fer sale down by you? Say 100+ acres with good pasture & yr. round water runn'n in creek? I jist might be ready after this summer.
LOL. There must be. Horses are prevalent. I see horses walking alone through the streets sometimes. I've seen longhorn cattle being driven down my cobblestone street. I'm glad I wasn't parked on the street that day.

If you become serious about it, PM me and I'll tell you all about this life. It's very healthful. We walk everywhere - we buy gasoline about every ten weeks. Most food is locally produced, and is naturally what Americans call organic. The farms are small, and the farmers and ranchers don't have much access to hormones, pesticides, or antibiotics. We shop the old fashioned way - on foot, here for meat, there for produce, a third place for baked or dry goods.

The people are friendly, and the culture vibrant. We have nearly perfect weather, and have so much sunshine that $8000 worth of solar panels powers our home for free and with no hydrocarbons produced.

The cost of living is much lower and the banks pay a respectable interest rate. We're getting about 8% on insured government bonds.

You could do worse.

Carry Your Candle
Chris Rice

Lyrics:
There is a candle in every soul...
Some brightly burning... some dark and cold.
There is a Spirit who brings a fire...
Ignites a candle, and makes His home
Carry your candle... run to the darkness
Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn !
Hold out your candle for all to see it
Take your candle, and go light your world...
Take your candle... and go light your world !
Frustrated brother... see how he's tried to
light his own candle some other way.
See now your sister... she's been robbed and lied to,,,
still holds a candle without a flame !
Carry your candle... run to the darkness
Seek out the lonely, the tired and worn !
Hold out your candle for all to see it...
Take your candle, and go light your world.
Take your candle, and go light your world !
We are a 'family' whose hearts are blazing...
So let's raise our candles, and light up the sky
Praying to our Father, in the name of Jesus,
make us a 'beacon' in darkest times !
Carry your candle... run to the darkness
Seek out the helpless, deceived and poor !
Hold out your candle, for all to see it...
Take your candle, and go light your world !
Carry your candle... run to the darkness...
Seek out the hopeless, confused and torn !
Hold out your candle, for all to see it
Take your candle, and go light your world.
Take your candle, and go light your world !!!

Today's Prayer

My Precious Heavenly Father, Here I am to worship you this day. Here I am to declare that you are my God and lift up your name. I praise you above all on the earth and above every being in the heavens. You are the Almighty, all-powerful and all-knowing God that I come to. You hold me in your hand and watch over me. Thank you for shielding me and loving me. Thank you for your tender mercies and your firm chastisement, oh One who loves more than any other loves. Thank you for reminding me of who you are and who I am. Without you, I am nothing. With you, I am forgiven, blessed, and victorious. Through the blood of Jesus, I am made righteous. I cannot thank you enough for saving my soul and carrying me through this life. In Jesus' name I bow before you. Amen.

"Lord, help!" they cried in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He calmed the storm to a whisper and stilled the waves.
