And might I add...Yo... how you doin'? You just got me thinking about the Words of The Lord:
Jesus: "Now I say to you that you are Peter and upon this rock I will build My church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it." Matt 16:18
Peter btw is the small rock (as it alludes to in the Greek) and where Jesus says "upon this rock"... it shows a different Greek word for rock which alludes that it is a massive rock. That massive rock or foundation is Jesus. And Peter is a "living stone" per se (one of them), in which the temple or church is builded. The Church being the people of God.
I Peter 2:5 (notice where Peter had said "You also..."
It's obvious that our anointed Savior was referring to Peter's faith rather than to Peter, himself. And also considering that our anointed Savior would have been speaking Aramaic, most likely, then he would have used a variation of the Hebrew term "tsur" for "rock" and "Kephas" for "Peter."
Just thought I'd throw that in there.
Thank you and shalowm.
