You'll find that more whites gave their lives defending this nation than any other race ...especially blacks and hispanics ...by an astounding 6-8 to 1 depending on the campaign.
Translation: the rest are here to live off the fat of the land. They want someone else to pay for it. Why stop now, it's been working for them for all these years.
So if a bunch of white people want to lick their wounds after being kicked in the teeth by the very people they so adamantly defended ...can't you just shut the hell up and let them?
If you want to get into the historical aspect of this while being a creep about it then let us look at it this way..........the only thing that the whites of that time defended was their own interest and black people just happen to be in this country by way of having been forced here against their will and black people have contributed much to this country and stool up for it at a time when this country wouldn't stand up for blacks and other minorities, they were just "protecting their property" along with their stolen land while fighting at the same time to allow us full civil and equal rights, why do you think that this country is in the condition that it is in right now, because of greed and corruption.

People vote for the candidate that they feel best represents their own personal needs and interest as well as which way they feel that the nation should go, and that is their constitutional and God given right to do so and it doesn't make them wrong in the least if those reasons differ from your own nor is it a "keep in the teeth" as well.

A couple of corrections to this post if I may..........that was meant to be read as..........while fighting to keep us from attaining full civil and equal rights and KICKED in the teeth.

Point is that blacks have fought in all of this nations wars and have contribute their share to this country as a whole which is something HC wasn't taught in the mainstream school system as the vast majority of us were, but those who ate so distraught over the way that this election came out are certainly welcomed to lick their wounds.

How are you doing my friend?
Hello >>>Lawest<<<
I see in here it has been more a time to for most to reflect on voting, and what it means to each. Somewhere between, I tried to keep it Light... perhaps it is no time for humour, but have always been honest with you all. So with Obama still President, posted this to Epi's 'face-book'comment, with
~*~H-O-P-E~*~ as in 'Africa welcoming USA' >>>With a Smile<<<

~~~~~~~~~~
With Moses tho in Mind, and overcoming all odds, I felt Rev 15
might be fitting.
2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying,
Great and marvelous are thy works,
Lord God Almighty;
just and true are thy ways,
thou King of saints.
4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name?
For thou only art holy:
for all nations shall come and worship before thee;
for thy judgments are made manifest.
But I guess my Friend, one has to be in a frame of mind to receive even good news, or a Light heart... if hearts are heavy with concern.
So that's how I have been today. Not because the world hangs on the USA, but because that is only how it appears. And we are all in this together, whether it is liked or not. For me... I see the Light where God is, and thus nothing is impossible to Him.
I trust you all can breath a little, rest some more, and continue to be grateful... for a lot.
God Bless always in His Peace and Love
Today's Prayer
Good morning, Lord. Thank you for this absolutely beautiful day. God, I need for You to please tell me something. Do I place too much emphasis on my wants? my relaxation time? my family time? my job? anything? Please show me, help me know in my spirit, if there are any "rights" I need to relinquish that may be hindering my freedom to experience Your love and grace. Please help me to balance my time and activities, my desires and needs, my work and play; every area of my life. May You receive all the glory. In Jesus' name I pray, amen.
I see you speak from two faces.
You're not alone ...I see many on this thread speak from two faces.
Anytime you have a problem with being "forced here" all you have to do is get back on the boat ...end of problem.
Is that what you think of ME, Lawest? Because I am very deeply upset that Obama is re-elected. I keep hoping I'll wake up and find it's all been a terrible mistake.
Truth! I know I have posted this before but thought I would share it again. My wife just listened to it for the first time. God is good. Note that this word is from the year 1973. Imo many people say they are a prophet, I think David Wilkerson was a true one. Gods love
No, in fact this morning I have a new zest. God is good and He has the last word. The bible itself speaks that as we near the Lords return evil will be in high places. Imo obama serves the devil. I've never once thought otherwise since I first heard of him. But I could be very wrong. In the end it matters not, Jesus has the final word in every man's life. I feel good today! Fear no man but fear God! Praise to the King of Kings! Jesus!
I'll clarify this a bit for the sake of others on this thread who don't know me. I haven't posted here in a long time.
I don't care two pins what Obama's skin pigmentation is. I DO care that he is a socialist.
I DO care that he promised "the most transparent administration in America history," and instead it's been anything but.
I DO care that he likes to apologize for America being America.
I DO care that he's done nothing to end illegal immigration. Quite the contrary: he's done his best to impede others who are trying to end it.
I DO care that he did nothing--NOTHING--to protect the American personnel in Libya, resulting in the deaths of four Americans there, including the ambassador himself, on September 11 of this year.
I DO care that he's okay with the idea that more Americans are out of work today than there were four years ago.
I could go on for quite some time, but I need my lunch. I'll add only this: I am absolutely horrified, shocked and deeply disappointed that so many Americans are so blind, so utterly selfish that they'd vote to re-elect Obama for the sake of continuing to get their government hand-outs. Just remember, anyone reading this, Obama was re-elected because lazy people who like living off YOUR tax dollars know they can count on him to help them continue picking your pockets.
Uh oh. Looks like somebody doesn't want to deal with whats going on in the land today. Just keep teaching children good is evil and evil is good. Just don't get upset when the Lord does exactly what He states He will with you!
More truth. But I am not so shocked Roberta. I've been in Florida now for 8 years. In fact I came into God's family here and can say that this place is a spiritual cesspool so I'm not so shocked about anything. God places us where He wants. To God be the glory.
Neither is perfect, G O D, but in capitalism--here in America anyway--one has the right to make money as one sees fit, and to use it as one sees fit, provided it's done legally.
Under socialism, the government can and will take whatever YOU'VE earned, whatever property you own and distribute same according to whatever the whims of the government at the time happen to be. And the government can do that whether or not you agree. It's NOT just payment of taxes. Under socialism, the government can take WHATEVER property you have.
Under capitalism, you have the right to get rich if you can, and if you so desire.(Some do, not all, but that's another post). Under socialism, no one is allowed to get rich.
I am by no means rich, G O D. I live in a modest house with temperamental plumbing, with my 82-year-old dad who owns the house and my husband who is an over-the-road truck driver. We have debts up to our ears, but for all that, I'll stick with capitalism. I may not have much, but the government can't take what I do have--and I'm not so selfish that I'd want the government to take somebody else's property to give me instead.
