Obama Says Romney Would Cut School Funding

President Barack Obama says Republican rival Mitt Romney favors cutting a fifth of the Education Department's budget while Romney is countering that Obama directed $90 billion to so-called "green jobs" - a sum, he says, that would hire 2 million teachers.

Obama talks funding, thats great for teachers and unions, but leaves students out of the loop.

They are all a waste of tax dollars.

Expect Obama to say alot of things that have no semblance of truth, even more than usual,in the coming days and weeks leading up to the election. The DOE, TSA and HS are all good idea's. But they have to be run with integrity.

DOE's main function should insure each student get's the material needed and 6 hours of a learning enviroment taught by a qualified teacher. DOE should oversee and put a stop to the $110 bucks it costs for a Math or English book and intervene on behalf of the people to stop the control Teachers Unions have on the Education Dollar. Trillions spent on Education?? It doesn't cost that much to provide kids with books or pay a teachers salary,or even securing a safe location to teach them.

TSA investigates failures, be it plane, train or hi speed rail.
Their discoveries have made mass travel safer for everyone. Finding everything from engineering flaws to malfunctions.
Security should also be their responsibilty, if certain characteristics fit known profiles that should become priority.
Not waste manpower targeting those that Don't fit the profile so it's politically correct to say "that person wasn't targeted because he was nervious, wearing M.E. clothing and carried a koran under his arm. We also searched those two elderly people over there".

Homeland Security, LOL, There's alot of fence to secure along our borders and big gang problems in our cities. Shouldn't that be what they should be doing?? Securing the Homeland?
Organ Pipe National Park is Off Limits to Americans because of border violence. Pristine Wilderness trampled and trashed by illegals. Homeland security won't even protect our National Parks.

Seems their's alot of Government that doesn't know what to do.
There's people among us who have the intellegence, integrity and will to run those position's as they should be and not cave in to the Union or political pressure or personal gain and only focusing on what's best for the country and it's people.
