Bush lied to everyone. In the old days, we could depend upon the president to tell the truth.
History shows that Bush had several reports on his desk which clearly showed that Iraq did not have WMD, but he (or, more likely Dick Cheney) decided to ignore those reports and to wage war on a third-world country which was not responsible for 9/11 or WMD.
There's "no business" like "WAR BUSINESS" -- especially when it involves taking charge of a country's oil reserves.
(Still defending Bush43 and Cheney, neither of whom can travel outside the US, because they know that Interpol will arrest them and that they will be tried in an international court for war crimes?)
Higher up Dems got the same intelligence Bush did. Nice try to exonerate your party of allegiance, comrade sheep.

Bush still searched for a few more words when it came to the individual men and women who had suffered often gruesome injuries in the two wars.
"You know, I don't feel sorry for them, because they don't feel sorry for themselves," he said.
Wow!

Then how about the 2 million Iraqis displaced during that war? Some of them probably feel sorry for themselves for all the hardships you forced them to endure, Mr. Ex-President.

How about the 100,000+ Iraqis killed during the Iraq War, Mr. Ex-President? I suppose you don't feel any sorrow about those deaths, since those casualties can no longer feel sorry about themselves.

Because Bush43 started the illegal, immoral, illogical, unnecessary Iraq War, for the first time in my life I felt shame at what the US had done, under his "leadership."

No. Your so-called "higher-up Dems" did NOT get the same intelligence that the president did. The Dems mainly got the manipulated ("cooked") intelligence that Bush and Cheney were feeding the nation and the world.

As but one example, on September 11, 2002, the National Security Council (NSC) staff contacted the CIA to clear language for possible use by the President Bush in speeches. The language cleared by the CIA said, "Iraq has made several attempts to buy high strength aluminum tubes used in centrifuges to enrich uranium for nuclear weapons. And we also know this: within the past few years, Iraq has resumed efforts to obtain large quantities of a type of uranium oxide known as yellowcake, which is an essential ingredient of this process."

Bush had reports on his desk with information from the British, noting that the Italian information about the yellowcake was doubtful, and of "suspicious origin."

Vice-President Cheney made an unprecedented visit to CIA headquarters to sit at the desk of a low-level intelligence analyst, encouraging him to state that the "aluminum tubes" were for use in enriching uranium! There were two obvious indications that the tubes were not for uranium enrichment: 1) the tubes were to be painted and paint would contaminate the uranium; and 2) part of the "justification" for calling the purpose of the tubes was the "close manufacturing tolerances" of the tube thickness, despite the fact that the thickness of common aluminum soda cans has the similar manufacturing tolerances.

Imagine! The Vice-President of the United States sitting at the desk of a low-level CIA analyst -- encouraging the analyst to officially state that the aluminum tubes were for uranium-enrichment centrifuges! This is another example of Bush-Cheney "cooking" the intelligence -- and at a personal level.

In point of fact, those tubes were ordered for military rockets, which fact was verified after the Iraq War, and which information the Iraqis had stated to the UN prior to the Iraq War.

"Besara," why do you feel the necessity of protecting Bush and Cheney from their crimes? Perhaps it is because you know that they are guilty.

I don't work at Walmart although I do have a job. Probably one you would disapprove of, you know a corporate job that pays its employees for their time and labor worked, a job that pays people what they work for and not because they are "entitled".

Is that all you got......moron?

IRS COMING FOR FAT PEOPLE AND SMOKERS
~ You fat ass liberals who sit around smoking and eating off of your food stamps can now begin to worry because you will soon begin to pay more taxes, oh, uh, I forgot, you lazy ass people don't work so I guess us working folks will have to pay more, sucks!

If you don’t smoke, you are probably overweight because a high percentage of Americans are. If you are overweight and smoke, your wallet is about to shrink! It may disappear altogether. This may be the least of your worries.

Being overweight and smoking could be just the beginning of a long list of health sins that will be marked and penalized through Obamacare.
