BLACK CHRISTIAN NOMINEE MAKING GOP SQUIRM
Star Parker cheers E.W. Jackson, representing party in statewide Virginia race

...
Whereas once Republican buzzwords were family and freedom,["I" STILL believe THAT]
now it is inclusion.

...
Bishop Jackson is an outspoken black Christian conservative with a law degree from Harvard. He also was just selected as the Republican nominee for lieutenant governor of Virginia.

Although Republicans are talking about black outreach, it is not, unfortunately, blacks like Jackson that they have in mind.

He is outspoken about limited government and personal freedom, about the importance of family and traditional marriage, and about doing something about the scourge of abortion.[ME TOO]

In other words, E.W. Jackson stands for everything the Republican Party once stood for.

He’s making the Republicans of inclusion squirm.

Senate Republicans Oppose Budget Blockade By Tea Party In Growing GOP Feud

WASHINGTON -- A tea party rebellion by several U.S. senators blocking progress on the federal budget may be working for them, but not for their fellow Republican lawmakers -- even ones who mostly agree with them.

Tension has occasionally been evident in the simmering, behind-the-scenes struggle between the Senate's tea party contingent and old-guard party members. But it erupted in public view on the Senate floor this week as Sens. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine) revealed their displeasure with their junior colleagues.

The tea partiers -- primarily Sens. Ted Cruz (Texas), Rand Paul (Ky.), Mike Lee (Utah) and Marco Rubio (Fla.)-- are blocking the Senate from appointing conferees to a conference committee with the House to work out the radical differences between the two budgets each side has passed.

Hillary Clinton remains teflon despite Benghazi
By Scott Clement, Published: May 21, 2013
Hillary Clinton continues to get heavily positive reviews for her work as secretary of state in a new Washington Post-ABC News poll, even after renewed Republican allegations of an Obama administration related to the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya last fall.

If the Benghazi controversy has taken any toll at all on Clinton, it’s been a small one. Sixty-two percent of all Americans say they approved of the way Clinton handled her job at the state department; just 28 percent disapprove. That’s a six percentage point dip from a December Post-ABC poll just before she left the administration. The drop in approval is concentrated among conservatives (down nine points), but she has also slid from 77 to 69 percent among moderates.
Despite the modest erosion in what was sky-high support, Clinton remains among the most popular secretaries of state in recent history, matching or exceeding Condoleezza Rice and Madeleine Albright’s popularity and far more popular than Donald Rumsfeld, Warren Christopher and Alexander Haig.

Poll: Hillary Clinton tops in Iowa for 2016

By KEVIN CIRILLI | 5/24/13

Hillary Clinton beats Sens. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.) in potential 2016 matchups in Iowa, according to a new poll Friday.

Clinton, a Democrat, would best Rubio 48 percent to 37 percent and she runs ahead of Paul 46 percent to 42 percent, the Quinnipiac University poll found.

A closer look at a potential Clinton-Paul matchup shows Paul leading among Iowa independents 44 percent to 38 percent. He also leads among men 49 percent to 39 percent. Clinton wins among women 53 percent to 34 percent.

“In general, Sen. Paul appears to be the better GOP candidate at this point in Iowa. Part of the reason may be the publicity from his recent high-profile visit to the state, but more likely is that he begins with a solid base of support — the folks who voted for his father in the 2008 and 2012 caucuses,” said Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.

Rubio and Paul were the only two Republicans tested in the poll.

Voters trust Clinton over GOP on Benghazi

PPP's newest national poll finds that Republicans aren't getting much traction with their focus on Benghazi over the last week. Voters trust Hillary Clinton over Congressional Republicans on the issue of Benghazi by a 49/39 margin and Clinton's +8 net favorability rating at 52/44 is identical to what it was on our last national poll in late March. Meanwhile Congressional Republicans remain very unpopular with a 36/57 favorability rating.

Voters think Congress should be more focused on other major issues right now rather than Benghazi. By a 56/38 margin they say passing a comprehensive immigration reform bill is more important than continuing to focus on Benghazi, and by a 52/43 spread they think passing a bill requiring background checks for all gun sales should be a higher priority.

While voters overall may think Congress' focus should be elsewhere there's no doubt about how mad Republicans are about Benghazi. 41% say they consider this to be the biggest political scandal in American history to only 43% who disagree with that sentiment. Only 10% of Democrats and 20% of independents share that feeling. Republicans think by a 74/19 margin than Benghazi is a worse political scandal than Watergate, by a 74/12 margin that it's worse than Teapot Dome, and by a 70/20 margin that it's worse than Iran Contra.

One interesting thing about the voters who think Benghazi is the biggest political scandal in American history is that 39% of them don't actually know where it is. 10% think it's in Egypt, 9% in Iran, 6% in Cuba, 5% in Syria, 4% in Iraq, and 1% each in North Korea and Liberia with 4% not willing to venture a guess.

Roger Stone: LBJ had Kennedy killed

Legendary Republican operative Roger Stone claims in his new book that Lyndon Johnson arranged John F. Kennedy’s assassination, and that Richard Nixon and Johnson had a documented relationship with Lee Harvey Oswald’s killer, Jack Ruby, years before Ruby shot Oswald in the basement of Dallas police headquarters in 1963.

Fox fears it's losing control of it's monster(teaparty).

A group of Tea Partyers organized a three-day boycott of Fox News in protest of its coverage of Benghazi, tepid opposition immigration reform, and in general “turning to the left” since the election.

David Freedlander of the Daily Beast reports:

The three-day boycott lasted Thursday morning through Sunday morning, and is the second time this group of activists have gone Fox-free in an effort to steer the coverage. Organizers say a two-day boycott earlier this month knocked 20 percent off of the network’s regular viewership.(A Daily Beast analysis of the same data showed that the boycott had little effect.)

A spokeswoman for Fox News did not respond to a request for comment.

A leader of the boycott, Kathy Amidon, of Nashville, declined an interview, instead directing The Daily Beast to a website, Benghazi-Truth. The website, a single-page, 23,000-word manifesto complete with multicolored fonts, supposedly incriminating videos of Fox News’s complicity in a coverup, and communist propaganda photographs, is kept by someone who identifies himself online as “Proe Graphique,” and who other members of boycott described as someone who works “in New York media.”

“Particularly after the election, Fox keeps turning to the left,” Stan Hjerlied, one of the boycotters, told the Beast.“So we are really losing our only conservative network.”

“The more I research into Fox—I saw that they donate more to Democratic candidates than conservative or Republican candidates—I was like holy cow! Maybe they are just trying to snatch our pockets. Maybe they are just talking the talk, because it sure doesn’t look like they are walking the walk,” said another boycotter, Donnie Farner

This is the basis of a petition millions have signed, including me. The IRS is finally getting it stuck to them after having put the screws to millions of people. LOL, now they are getting screwed! And now, they know how it feels. LOL....stupid idiots! Including that liar who violates everyone else's rights and then stands on the fifth!

Maybe this time it will post!

**********

Tell Congress and oversight committee members to "Investigate and Stop the IRS Abuse of Power!"

The Issue:

The Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative political groups (including Freedom Federation and the more than 30 organizations that comprise its membership), pro-Israel organizations, conservative Hispanic groups, and religious entities through intimidating application processes and excessive, unjust questioning to delay or deny applications for tax-exempt status prior to and during the 2012 election cycle. They also launched unwarranted audits of groups falling into those same categories. It is unlikely the full extent of the abuse is yet known as senior administration officials are now covering up and attempting to scapegoat low-level IRS employees for these actions.

"This is Big Brother come to life and a witch hunt to prevent Americans from exercising their First Amendment rights," said Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal.

The IRS has effectively confirmed what thoughtful Americans feared: Under the Obama administration, the IRS amassed unprecedented power and unleashed the politically driven will to provoke and abuse organizations whose agendas run counter to leftist ideologies. As we now know, this abuse of power was strategically implemented during an election season to help assure Barack Obama’s reelection and further undermine the Constitution and its guarantees of equal protection under the law.

Right now, the question is: Who authorized this overreaching abuse of power at the IRS?

Take Action:

We are calling on the House Ways and Means Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, and the IRS Oversight Board to investigate this abuse of power and hold accountable those people responsible!

IRS Targeting Conservative Groups Reprehensible

At a Senate Banking Committee hearing on Tuesday, Senator Corker questioned Treasury Secretary Jack Lew about the Internal Revenue Service inappropriately targeting conservative political groups.

“When you have the president of the United States, and the vice president, and other leading folks in our administration using the type of language to describe the folks that were targeted -- demonizing, villainizing -- I think… you would expect that bureaucrats at lower levels are going to act in a way that they acted,” said Corker.“It is reprehensible what happened.”

The repubs seem to be even more vicious towards President Obama.... Hmmm I wonder why....
Repubs are more vicious towards Obama because he took away their Rights and Freedoms. They can't name exactly which ones, but FauxNews, Glen Beck and Rush told them he did.
