Your disappointment in Moores personal life may be well founded. However Brian is lying to you about promised jobs. Same as Moore lied to you about his personal life. But if you think Cathy is a saint, think again. The end of a marriage is nevertheless fault of ONE person. Your tirade about plea agreements is tiresome. See the posts above mine. Brian might have a plan but he doesn't have a clue what it takes to run 1 county much less 4. He is well spoken but is not very realisticand some of the change he has in mind had nothing to do with the DA. If he wants to make some of his changes he needs to run for judge.

Brian Kuester hasn't promised anyone a job. And with his law enforcement background and his attorney experience, who is better to train the deputies and local police to do a better job documenting cases?

I'm voting for the BEST man and that is BRIAN KUESTER!

It's NOT the DA's job to train law enforcement!! The fact that you believe that is unfathomable to me. It's the job of the sheriff's and local chiefs of police to hire competent people. Wow.

The DA's office also has investigators that work with law enforcement. There is no reason a DA could not work with law enforcement to help them understand what makes a case that can be taken to trial, and I think that is what the previous person was talking about.

Your lies about Brian promising jobs to people taint everything you say anyway.

Can you spell out some of the changes Brian wants to make that you think are unrealistic? And why exactly you think Brian doesn't have a clue about running the office?

Most of the people hired by the sheriff and police departments have to have CLEET training anyway - very few are hired that already have it. Yes,'Moore needs to go', that is what I was talking about - training the law enforcement personnel so that a case is not thrown out for not being properly documented. Moore has NEVER tried to do that - of course he is not a former law enforcement official either like Brian Kuester is. They need to build cases that will stand up in court - they can't do that if the paper work is not done correctly.

I am ready for the election - all these lies about Brian are ridiculous coming from people who don't even know him.

My dog would make a better DA than the one we have now!

I have a relative that works directly under Jerry Moore. When I talked personally to Mr. Kuester I asked him about the rumors that he had promised jobs and the other rumor that he was going to "come in and clean house", which really is absurd. He assured me that he has promised no one a job. He has had people insinuate that they would like a job but those discussions stop there. As for firning everyone, he said, "How can I run the DA's office by myself?" He will evaluate everyone based upon their merit just like any new boss will do. Bottom line from what I took after speaking with him personally, if you are doing your job and doing it well then you having nothing to worry about. To you who thinks he is lying about promising jobs... maybe who ever who told you that he has promised them a job is lying. Just go and ask him yourself. I want a DA who has real experience and one who doesn't lie or cheat! That is why this staunch Democrat is voting for Kuester. It's not really about the party any way!

Just to throw this in as well. I have heard from several people that their Brian Kuester signs in their yards are being stolen or destroyed. This is the kind of thing I would expect an "honest and upright Christian man" like Jerry to make clear to his volunteers as being unacceptable. I have heard Brian expressly tell his volunteers (and his own son) that nobody should take or molest a Jerry Moore sign because it is wrong. That shows character. That is the kind of man I want for my DA.

It's just as wrong and just as against the law to have signs in the right if way. Yet that's where a LOT of Kuesters are. And i dont believe for a minute that Moore sanctions tearing down signs. No matter the candidate, I'm not for attacking the opponent. That seems to be what Kuesters people do. What a fine upstanding Christian candidate you republicans have. A man who can leap tall buildings in a single bound without even knowing how to do it.

Jerry Moore has about 5 signs on the right of way on the north side of the road on highway 51 between Speedy's and the river. He should know that it is illegal to have them there. They are way closer to the road than to the fences. I haven't seen any Kuester signs like that. I have seen many on fences or in people's yards but not right by the side of the highway.
How many wives has Jerry had? Brian is a family man with his wife and three children and he doesn't trade his wife in for the latest (secretary) model either. Wonder how long it will be before Jerry dumps this one and gets another one? Doesn't this make wife 4 already for him? I didn't know they let that type of people teach Sunday School. What church does he attend? He sure doesn't act like a Christian is supposed to.

Most of Brian Kuesters signs are in the right of way near my home. Or on the fences of some of the biggest dope dealers in the county. But he wouldn't know that because hes a Tulsa boy and he doesn't know anything about the district and hasn't been around enough to take up the signs his people put in the right of way. I'm not talking about signs that he has simply put too close to the road when he has permission to post. I'm talking about signs on the right of way of public property (city property for example).

Tulsa county is a completely different culture from a rural district. If Kuester wins, I pray that he has the intelligence to weed the good from the bad and not play campaign payback with the districts employees and those has promised jobs. He can tell you all he wants that he hasn't promised anything, but I heard promises from the horses mouth.

The investigators currently employed are very good at their job. Which is NOT training other law enforcement. That training is done at the expense of the law enforcement agency. To the person who said most new officers do not have CLEET training, you are partly right. There are, however lots of good applicants with CLEET certification who are turned away because they don't know the right people. That is a practice that needs to stop because its costing over burdened cities and counties a lot if money. NO ONE should be hired because they know someone. That may not be realistic but only because taxpayers continue to allow it to happen without making noise.

In the four years Moore has been DA how many of you have complained to him about what his office is or is not doing? Probably none of you. You would rather try someone new than try to work with simeone who had experience and knows the issues the district faces. Oh ya, and name call. Lets don't forget that.

My vote will be what is best for the district. And that will be the person who knows not to put a sign in a drug dealers yard because his office has prosecuted that drug dealer. My vote will be to keep a hard working, diligent staff who are overworked because there simply isn't enough money to go around. My vote will be to keep the man who knows it isn't his job to set dockets and jury trials.y vote will be for The staff Jerry Moore has in place. In order to do that I will cast my vote for Jerry Moore.

The previous poster is a liar, plain and simple. You are saying you heard Brian promise someone a job? That is simply not true. Name names.

Did you know that Brian does not personally hang every sign? People ask for signs, and they are given signs. If there is a Brian Kuester sign in a yard of a person that you know is a drug dealer, why hasn't that person been arrested and put behind bars?

Brian is not a "Tulsa boy"- he has lived in Wagoner county for years. He just worked in Tulsa County, as many in Wagoner County do. Are you saying he is less qualified because he has worked high profile cases in a higher crime district? I think you are talking yourself out of an argument. You also insinuate that if he were not a "Tulsa boy" he would know every single drug dealer in the four county district. That is ridiculous.

You say, "In the four years Moore has been DA how many of you have complained to him about what his office is or is not doing?" Well, I can tell you two who have: the Wagoner County Sheriff and the Wagoner County Clerk.

Also, this is not a vote for the staff. It is a vote for the man who will run the office. As "Disappointed in Tahlequah" said, "He will evaluate everyone based upon their merit just like any new boss will do. Bottom line from what I took after speaking with him personally, if you are doing your job and doing it well then you having nothing to worry about."

If you have questions or legitimate concerns with Brian, call him. His phone number is on the website, as is his email address. But I don't think you have legitimate concerns. At least Brian puts himself out there. Where's Jerry Moore's website?

I would also like to say it is completely ridiculous for anyone to think that either Brian or Jerry Moore should be spending their time driving through every town in the four county district looking for signs that are in the right of way. That is just a dumb and petty argument from any side. You can't control where every single one of your signs is in such a large district.

Moore's office should have cleaned out all the dope dealers if he had been doing his job. And if the person posting knows they are dope dealers why the he** aren't they letting the police and sheriff departments know?
Probably just more lies like those Moore's supporters have been putting out. Moore certainly has nothing of note to stand on. He's been too busy sleeping around the last four years. We need a steady family man. My vote will go to BRIAN KUESTER.

Moore knows his days in office are numbered....

She is a staunch republican and a certified troublemaker. The DA's office bends over backwards for her and she is never happy because sometimes the opinion of the DA's office doesn't always agree with hers. I don't work for the DA's office, my job is safe no matter who wins the election. And you can call me a liar if you want. Doesn't change the FACT that Brian has promised jobs. He IS a Tulsa county boy. The imaginary line that runs between Tulsa county and Wagoner county might ad well not exist where it is. There is a part of Wagoner county who are wannabe elitists who have almost destroyed Wagoner county trying to make it into a mini Tulsa county. Brian is one of those people.

So I guess those of us who live in Western Wagoner county are not worthy? What about those who live close to Fort Smith? Is there an imaginary line there too and they are really Arkansas residents?

You are an idiot besides being a liar. Now not only do you say Brian has promised jobs to people (he hasn't- I happen to know for a REAL FACT), but you say that he is destroying Wagoner County by making it into a mini Tulsa county? What power does he have to do that? You are unhinged.

And your comments about the county clerk are unfounded as well. You people just don't want your corruption exposed.
