Is that in the Constitution?
#22455 Aug 18, 2013
You might just want to grab a history book instead of depending on some of the whacko web sites you frequent. Our forefathers had no idea what or if there was or would ever be a Communist. Wish I was surprised by your post, but not at all.
Read this article about how the RNC is going to boycott a couple of news outlets because they are either running or their companies are producing historical tv shows about a couple of people who have been important to the country and in the public eye for many years. They are going to boycott them if they continue. All the while FNC is backed by funding from the RNC and 3/4 the people on air either are with the RNC, worked for Bush or wish they were. And the real kicker FOX may actually produce one of the shows! If that's not proof Murdock is in it for the money and has no moral path to follow, nothing is.

You said it's illegal to be a communist - the evidence conclusively proves it's not.
You said you had to register with the government if you were a communist - the evidence conclusively proves you don't.
You said that socialism and communism require a "certain" type of political structure/government -and the evidence proves that's not true either.
America is a "mixed economy", consisting of:
regulated capitalism,(although the people are losing the ability to regulate), and
socialism,(although we are fragmenting apart as personal greed is valued over collective good).
The only hope we have, so far, is that we have incorporated enough socialistic programs and enough regulation to prevent the complete accumulation of all wealth in the hands of our Oligarchy.
But, as Warren Buffet said - "There is a class war, and "We" ( the top 1%), are winning."
Denmark is socialist - and far more democratic than America. The key isn't their democracy - the key is their distribution of wealth.
Saudi Arabia is a dictatorship - and extraordinarily capitalistic. The key isn't the fact of the dictatorship - the key is the distribution of their wealth.
Socialism encourages the reasonable distribution of wealth, but fails to account for need to incorporate personal self-interest as a motivating factor.
Capitalism accounts for the motivating power of self-interest, but fails to account for the need to incorporate the needs of the group or country.
That's why only mixed economies, part socialist and part capitalistic ever succeed in the long-term.
In America - we are living proof that unregulated capitalism leads to oligarchy and tyranny.
The 1% in America long ago understood that the way to keep and grow their wealth was to seize political power.
Just like America is ruled by the 1%, Oligarchy - so is Russia.
Anyone who studied the issue understands that Russia became capitalist because the ruling 1% in Russia determined that "communism" interfered with their ability to wrest ownership of all wealth into their personal hands .
That damn "communism" interfered with the ability of a few to own everything - so they elected to become "capitalist" so the powerful could distribute the wealth amongst themselves.
Why have political power unless you enjoy the wealth ?
I recently met a Russian Billionaire who used to be a Communist Party member who hated communism because it prevented his accumulation of wealth - he understood that real power accompanies real wealth. Who runs the government isn't important because whoever they are, they subject to influence, and nothing influences more than wealth.
Americans need to grow up and join the rest of the world in reality. The rest of the world understands that the "Golden" Rule
- "Them that has the gold - rule"
Always, always, always follow the money.
Alleged capitalism communism, socialism, etc. are just shiny objects we average people are supposed to argue over, while the 1% steal the money.

If that post makes sense to you - go back to bed and sleep it off.
You don't need to leave America - it left you - sometime around 1964.
Don't send my kids to die in Egypt to protect Egyptian Muslims,(Shia or Sunni), Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Wicca, or those who worship those little mints hotels leave on your pillow.
Don't send our taxpayers' money, or borrow more that taxpayers have to repay to protect Egyptian Muslims,(Shia or Sunni), Christians, Hindus, Sikhs, Wicca, or those who worship those little mints hotels leave on your pillow.
Until we have a balanced budget and have paid off the costs of Right Wing Wackos' Iraq War - don't send a dime, or one Marine, to the Mid-East for anything, any time, any where.
But hey... There's profit to be made - so Right Wingers will do like they always do ... send money, guns, and advisors... and bill the taxpayer.

Best thing the RNC can do, boycott the libroid news media.
Fox News is the best ugly eve.

ROFLMAO - Pathetic and unfounded paranoia. That sounds like it's straight out of the glen beck playbook.

Isn't it amazing how they hate Obama, when for all practical purposes, he is simply a slightly less Wacko Bush ?
Why would they love the disaster that was Bush, and hate the relatively tremendous success that is Obama ?
Why would an author who adopts the screenname "Gen. Robert E. Lee" so vehemently and illogically detest Obama, a slightly more tanned version of his own hero Bush ?
No. That couldn't be, could it ?

Good going Rand Paul - when you're right - you're right.
Rand Paul: NSA Spying 'Unconstitutional,' Can't Be Saved By More Oversight
WASHINGTON -- Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) called for congressional hearings on the National Security Agency's data collection on Sunday, while saying that much of the program is unconstitutional and likely can't be improved by oversight.
"You know, I think it would be better with more oversight, but there are some things they are doing that I fundamentally think are unconstitutional," Paul said on "Fox News Sunday."
"Our founding fathers, when they wrote the Fourth Amendment, said a single warrant goes toward a specific individual and what you want to look for.... The constitution doesn't allow for a single warrant to get a billion phone records.... They basically, I believe, are looking at all of the cell phone calls in America every day."
Paul, who has become one of the most vocal critics of the NSA's surveillance program, also lamented the one-sided nature of the discussion on the issue. He accused the president -- a former constitutional law professor -- of ignorance about the U.S. Constitution.
"You know, I think the president fundamentally missunderstands the constitutional separation of powers," he said.
"Because the checks and balances are supposed to come from independent branches of government. So he thinks that if he gets some lawyers together from the NSA and they do a Power Point presentation and tell him everything is okay, that the NSA can police themselves. But one of the fundamental things that our founders put in place was they wanted to separate police power from the judiciary power."
But the following week, the Washington Post revealed that the NSA had "broken privacy rules or overstepped its legal authority thousands of times each year since Congress granted the agency broad new powers in 2008, according to an internal audit and other top-secret documents."
The chief judge on the FISC, U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton, has also admitted that the court's oversight powers are limited.
âThe FISC is forced to rely upon the accuracy of the information that is provided to the Court,â Walton said in a statement to the Post.âThe FISC does not have the capacity to investigate issues of noncompliance, and in that respect the FISC is in the same position as any other court when it comes to enforcing [government] compliance with its orders.â
Paul added on Sunday that he would like to see the Supreme Court take up the issue of the NSA's spying program.
"So I think the constitutionality of these programs need to be questioned," Paul said, "and there needs to be a Supreme Court decision looking at whether what they're doing is constitutional or not."
Not to be outdone - Right Wing Wacko King had to say something stupid.
Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), who also appeared on "Fox News Sunday," defended the NSA.
"I fully disagree with what Sen. Rand Paul said," King stated. "That was just a grab bag of misinformation and distortion.... And this whole tone of snooping and spying that we use, I think it's horrible. It's really a distortion and a smear and a slander of good, patriotic Americans."
King - what a moron.
God Bless you Manning, Snowden and Greenwald - the true patriots and defenders of the Constitution.

All this time, I thought you were a queer muslim, when in reality, you're a queer athiest RINO. Weird. I would have never thought that. It's nice to suprised sometimes. It rarely occurs with me. Congrats. I still think, Oh my is a queer muslim, and she probably disagrees with you, but she'll never say. Keep posting. It's showing how you care for nothing, but money, Dummy. You atheists are dumber, than Muslims. LoL.:)
#22467 Aug 18, 2013
I think it is time to stop using the word queer as if it makes you feel better and makes gay people feel worse. What a very small person you are, close to being just an animal.
Calling someone a queer is not only hateful, it is a peek inside your useless soul.
There are some people on this topix forum who need to have their sexuality removed and their noses cut off.
Then we can say ugly things about them just like they keep saying about others.
In Kindergarten, you were supposed to learn how to be a human being. Now that you are grown and didn't get it back when it was simply put, there is no use trying to get the message across to you now. You belong in a grave or an urn on the mantle somewhere. That's all you are contributing to the human race. Your opinion is only a grain of defective sand on the beach of an endless sea.
#22468 Aug 18, 2013
Screw you queer. Oh I forgot, you don't like the term queer. Screw you fa$$ot. Is that better? I was only using the term queer, to be nice. ;) All queers belong in hell, period. No matter what religion, you do or don't believe in.(IMO) So I really could care less, if I hurt the little sissy feelings, and don't care if you don't like it, when I got yo sick disgustin f*cks, queers. Got it? Good. Glad we could clear that up, fa$$ot.
#22469 Aug 18, 2013
If I hurt their and when I call you- in the above post, queers.
#22470 Aug 18, 2013
Did you know that GOD, when referring to queers, calls them "dogs"? So I would say, you fa$$ots, are closer to "animals" than anyone. Would you agree?
#22471 Aug 18, 2013
Yep that's the problem with with the Republican Party, it's just not far enough to the Right.
America today is so much like the Germany in the late 30s that it ought to scare the hell out of Normal Americans.
The Right Wing blames all problems on minorities, the educated elite, and liberals,(who are often minorities and the educated elite), and demands "purity", with no tolerance for dissidents of any kind.
They blithely speak of violence, and imply violence against their "enemies" is truly "patriotic", then act surprised when nut cases actually follow through and assassinate doctors, bomb government buildings, and intimidate voters they fear will vote for the "wrong" candidate.
I am hoping the Right Wingers get their wish, that we shut down the government and allow the extraordinary pain to hit the American people, maybe then, all this talk of "socialism" will go away as Americans come to understand America is part socialist/part capitalist.
#22472 Aug 18, 2013
All in one post - that might be a record.
There is no doubt that your post will be extremely persuasive to a certain class of person, just not a Normal American.
Apparently, your ADD amphetamines are affected by the Thorazine and Haldol "cocktail", the nurse gives you right before they make sure your ankle bracelet is locked on, when it's bedtime at the ward where you've been staying, since you "walked away" from the last facility.
