Taking over? What the...?

That's o.k. The bank is not taking steps to evict them. I'd wait to evict them until the rehab is done, too. It'll be much easier to sell then. Do these dumb-asses not know that they'll never "turn them over" to anyone? They hold no property interest in this or any other house they "take over". They'll probably not even be entitled to the value of the improvements made.
