It should be done peacefully. nato is the worst option, it is known what was done in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan etc by this organization.
Iran is reasonable country they should help to solve everything peacefully.
Maybe more social aid for Syrians. Maybe more tighs with Russia, China would help, they could create stable economical system. China, Russia, India, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria and maybe another countries of that region could make common agreement.
