Let's get to the 'reap what you sow' before that happens shall we.

These chemical weapons were provided to Syria by Iran to not only kill Syria's own population but against israel if so ordered by Iran. No time is too soon to take out these weapons.

I believe that Assad will attack Israel with these weapons as he is going down. And I believe Israel will respond by leveling Damascus with a nuke. Think it's crazy? If a barrage of chemical scuds hit Tel Aviv and Haifa, THOUSANDS would die in minutes..GASSED no less... It would take days conventionally to stop such an onslaught. A nuke would stop it cold, instantly. And Iran and all Israel's war mongering neighbors would get the hint finally that Israel is deadly serious about surviving on their own land.

a very good post and realistic assessment of current situation. Assad at this moment is much more dangerous then the rebels would pose right now. Libya has shown that terrorists can and will infiltrate unstable regions to further thier aims. But with Iran basically at the trigger,
Israel is under heavy threat at this time in history.

Lets hope it won't come to that cause if a chemical weapons are launched on Israel, there will be a nuclear response. And Iran will be the target. An attack by Syria on Israel will be considered as an attack on Israel by Iran.

SO WHAT WOULD THAT BE ANOTHER ISRAELI CARBOMB BY A SCHOOL OR HOSPITAL OR BUSY INTERSECTION???

My guess is that it would be a combined forces IAF/IDF assault on the major locations where these weapons are stockpiled. Destroying them in place makes the most sense, though it would be dangerous and very risky for the Syrians living close by. If the IDF have intel that any of these weapons are moving out of the country I'd expect them to attack those shipments where ever they are - even in Lebanon or Jordan.
