In shift, Syria says it is ready to talk to armed opposition fighting to oust Assad regime

The Syrian government has always said it would talk and anyone edcated about the situation knows this. There is no "opposition" it is a force of paid terrorist and other assorted killers paid and armed by the american government and israel tasked with repeating the same terrorist proxie war that was done to Libya.
